Hired van for 25 days to travel to France for UK Space Agency funded project. The team at Ace Van Hire were very accommodating: Having been the first time we had rented for EU travel since Brexit, Ace Van Hire ensured we had all the correct paperwork.
We would and will happily use Ace Van Hire again.

I had an AWFUL experience with this company.
I booked a van online, travelled all the way from Milton Keynes to their new cross branch, only to be abused and refused to rent me a van, after it had ALREADY been booked weeks ago!
One man there in particular was VERY rude and aggressive in mannerism, to the point of almost violent. He had no understanding, reasoning, or compassion in his behaviour and attitude.
I previously rented from them and the van they gave me was in BAD condition, so much so that the side door fell off while I was transporting a full load, due to the door mechanism being broken. I was told, prior to booking, that it was a brand new van, which I had to leave £300 deposit for, (which they advertise saying NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED) only to arrive and see a war tank! On arrival, he gave the van the quickest sanitiser in history. I had to put a cover over the seat and wear gloves before I could move it as Covid-19 was rife at this time!
I would NEVER, EVER, EVER rent not even a skateboard from them NEVER, EVER again!!
