The company is a scam
The company is a scam. Do not invest your money. For a year now,we have not been paid our return on investment. They are full of lies. Be warned.
Ian Mvula the SCAMMER
Ian Mvula started scamming people in South Africa in 2016 under the guise of direct plus vehicles where you'd rent a car and eventually own it. He made away with millions & was never persecuted lawfully. He went quiet for 3 years then emerged with a new company Top Earners Market in 2019. Using the crypto enthusiasm to trick people to invest. With this he made away with millions of dollars. He keeps trying to show that he will payback but I know for sure he won't. He just wants more people to give him their hard earned money for free to maintain his lifestyle.
Don't ever invest on this scammers
ACEX & Ian Mvula - Honest &Excellent for Business!
I've been a client of ACEX -T.E Markets when they run Top Earners Africa and Top Earners Market. The team is now promoting ACEX and other projects. They are honest and have delivered what they promoted and presented to their clients since inception.
The current delay in paying dividends is not strange to some of us who understand how to trade the financial markets. It happens quite often even with large multinationals. Typically paying ROI or dividends can be deferred when a company decides to recapitalize its earnings or develops other projects with the available capital.
Mr. Ian Mvula is a renowned entrepreneur, honest, and always at the top of making things happen in his projects. I have known him for more than 15 years. He has delivered on all the projects he promotes.
But obviously, there are a few people out there sick in their thinking like Eastwood Yaboah below here who are bent on tarnishing the image of ACEX and its promoter key promoter Mr. Ian Mvula.
At the moment Eastwood has been mobilizing and focusing people online to write wrong and bad reviews about ACEX and Mr. Ian Mvula which are all done in bad faith and evil intent. Sadly this is a common phenomenon found in some Africans that never wants to see another African prospering or promoting mega projects. There are so many platforms and promoters that have failed in the last five years - let us all celebrate ACEX and Mr. Ian Mvula for their perseverance and for seeing such a good project take off the ground. This project will benefit millions of Africans.
Congratulations Mr. Ian Mvula and T.E Markets!!
GREAT PROGRESS NOTED
I must start by commending the management for the great effort they have been putting in. We started the year with mere promises of an upcoming platform but as we speak, the platform is up and running. This gives me faith that the company is committed to fulfilling it's promises to us investors. I look forward to a vibrant and profitable ACEX.
Acex is a con job
Acex is a company run by one Ian mvula who has swindled millions of dollars from fellow Africans in the guise of changing the African narrative and to rub salt into the wound he conned people in the name of Jesus Christ🙆🏾♂️,the company started off as TEM and TEA and it metamorphosized into acex,I had invested some money last year may and by July- august they had stopped paying ROI(RETURN ON INVESTMENT)infact some people never received a penny, anyone who wishes to invest in this company should do so at their own risk

This company is a scam business run by a man called Ian Mvula who has investors money including myself from over a year ago and has refused to pay is back.
We requested for our capital back but he refused to pay. He keeps on getting on one man show webinars on YouTube where nobody can comment or talk and he keeps on telling lies after lies.
We invested in Top Earners Market and he said we will get paid by ACEX which wasn't the agreement and now he refused to pay.
Do not join this business if you do not want to loose money.

They're same old company called Top Earners Markets and Top Earners Africa
They begun well as an exclusive partner to a Forex broker called TOPFX but in 2021 they TOp Earners Markets came with statement that wen you grow, you don't keep staying with your parents but you move to be on your own therefore their now on their own building their own exchange which is going to be the first African exchange ever.

It had stolen over $100 million from innocent Africans like Ghana, Nigeria etc but they masterminded this with some Kenyans who they used as their staffs and they brought in some Nigerian top influencers to complete the agenda.
