Nicola was very friendly and efficient and we received the quote quickly. Paul was very helpful when making our decision to use Amersham and Chiltern Heating and Gas and answered all our questions. The team installing the boiler arrived on time and were efficient and friendly. They left our utility room clean and tidy. Our old boiler packed up just before Christmas. We found this company on line and after a bit of juggling they said they could get us in before the 25th.
The guys arrived on time 8am and got straight on with the work. The first person to arrive was a lovely polite young man called Jake. He just got on with everything not even stopping for a break. Later Paul arrived to help with the heavy & more complicated bits. Both guys worked right through to about 4pm. Before they went they cleared up, I didnt even have to get a dustpan out. I would recommend this company to anyone, and the price was very good.

Had a new gas boiler and all our radiators flushed out. Paul was fantastic when he came round to do the quote, found a better solution than British Gas for the waste pipe that didn’t involve digging up our path. The two guys that came to do the work were both brilliant, very respectful, hard working and nice guys. We like to go with family businesses whenever possible and won’t find a better one than this. A great experience and would highly recommend them. We now have a toasty warm house, bills add lower and a quiet water pump. Left the house nice and tidy and quality workmanship, even changed the ballcick in the water tank as I mentioned we get drips out the overflow. 10 out of 10 from us.

I have used this company for two consecutive years for my annual gas boiler service. Appointments kept and on time, very efficient and courteous, and prompt follow-up with Safety Certificate. Also explanatory diagnosis given as what may be needed in the future. Will always use them again.
