Very dissatisfied with the Beani considering the £25 price tag have tried for a few days now but the way the stitching is gathered together on top of the hat and finished off is not good when you are wearing it the top of the hat does not sit right looks very lumpy unlike other hats I have that sit nice and smooth over the top of your head

That certainly doesn't sound like the usual standard of our beanies - we own quite a few ourselves and they fit perfectly! If you had contacted us directly we could have investigated to see if the product had slipped through quality control, which it sounds like it did!
We are always happy to refund or replace anything that doesn't meet our usual high standards - Apologies once again that this item has not lived up to what we expect.

Excellent communication, easy process and the quality of the t-shirt is excellent. This is the first item purchased from Achilles Tactical, but certainly won’t be the last!

To put this review into context...
Your email complaint stated that you were "highly disappointed and annoyed" that our packaging had our "logo on the front" when it arrived! (You had made previous purchases which would have been exactly the same)....?
The "sarcasm and rudeness" we can only assume refers to us offering you an apology, explanation that all our packages come with our logo on, and a full refund?
Not sure what you expected from us really, we will always do whatever we can to resolve our customers and supporters genuine complaints.
