At the time of renewal of my insurance…

At the time of renewal of my insurance I requested to speak to my consultant to see what options I had via their website. Consultant never reached out to me and when I finally called them myself they happily told me that it is too late and my insurance will autorenew with bad offer and it was my fault that I didn't call them myself, instead using their website asking for them to contact me. They have 0 interest in proactively helping to ensure customer has best deal, since they keep getting renewal premiums from the insurance company. They are absolutely not customer driven company and I do not recommend using them after being with the for more than a year.
