I have been traveling with ACIS since 2015 and I have not been let down by them yet! They do amazing trips for students and work hard to make it a smooth and great experience for teachers! So happy that I chose ACIS as my travel provider!

ACIS was recommended to me when I wanted to lead a student trip to Peru. I had such a great experience with them, that I used them again for Costa Rica and plan on traveling with them this summer with students to the Galapagos Islands. The hotels and food always impress, and their professional local guides know how to connect to the students and make the culture come alive. I so appreciate the company’s quick responses to all of my queries and do not plan on using anybody else in the future. If you are planning on leading a tour and want a company that has your back and that creates an amazing experience for your kiddos, I highly recommend ACIS.

ACIS is an amazing company to travel with. Trusting them was easy because of all of the support they give you way before you even leave. From the moment we stepped off the plane, the travel guide was there with us. The activities, food, and ease of planning was beyond what I expected. I have traveled with ACIS twice now with a group of students, and I plan on so many more trips!

ACIS pays attention to details and when traveling with groups, details matter. This was a life changing opportunity for myself as the group leader and for the students that participated. Our hotels were all centrally located, which wasted no time in seeing different cities. Every minute was planned to absorb the most amount of culture. It was fantastic. In June I traveled with eleven students to Perú with the ACIS. After a traditional welcoming ceremony, we prepared a local meal with an indigenous Quechua community and danced to traditional instruments. On other days we strolled the colorful open-air bazaars, tried our hand at pre-Colombian pottery, and hiked historic Machu Picchu. The memories that my students now carry with them are priceless. I already have my next interest meeting planned for students traveling with me to Europe next summer!

Planning a trip with ACIS is easy from start to finish because of the travel experts who help me every step of the way - from deciding on an itinerary and tweaking it to my desires to departure day.

While traveling, the ACIS tour managers are amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they're also super fun and engaging! They know the history and culture so well that every stop becomes a real lesson. I love how they handle the details and logistics of the trip so that I can focus 100% on my students and their needs. The quality of the accommodations and meals provided by ACIS is consistently excellent, which is so important for keeping a group of travelers happy and energized. ACIS always uses hotels that are centrally located. We stay close to the action and all the major sights, which saves us travel time and allows for more time exploring. The hotels are clean, comfortable, and safe.

Trying the local cuisine is one of my favorite parts of traveling. The food on all of my trips has been wonderful! The students and I love the variety at the breakfast buffets in the hotels and we enjoy authentic local cuisine at great restaurants in the evenings. The food is a fantastic way for students to experience the culture and it’s a highlight of every trip.

ACIS trips are always full and well-planned. The itineraries are truly educational, mixing site visits with unique local experiences. My students see so much and come back with an amazing new perspective.

I love how the price of the tour includes everything so that families can budget. Students only need to bring money for lunch and souvenirs.

I have been traveling with students for the last 21 year, I have used multiple companies and ACIS is the best by far. My favorite thing with ACIS is that we stay in the heart of every city. Other companies would end the day shortly after dinner because there were busses and trains that we needed to catch before they stopped running for the day, when you added up all of the hours of traveling into and out of the city it was close to a whole day. With ACIS my high school students and I are still able to enjoy gelato and the culture in the Piazza Navona well into the evening, close to midnight. Most recently we went to Egypt and it was the most amazing experience of my life. The tour managers are amazing and knowledgeable, the accommodations are clean and close, the food is outstanding and the organization is top notch.

ACIS offered a wide variety of tour options for our trip Costa Rica in 2024. The itinerary was interesting, and I really liked the service component. I felt that communication about expectations about different parts of our trip could have been better, but overall, they were a good company to work with, and I am traveling with them again this spring.

I am particularly impressed with ACIS' response to a student medical emergency. They went above and beyond to ensure the student's treatment and comfort despite significant hurdles in a remote location, and they called multiple times to check in until the student had recovered. Their service would be worth its weight in gold for this reason alone.

I looked in to a few different travel companies. ACIS may not be the cheapest, but they are the best. I have been incredibly impressed with their staff. The lodging, food, cultural experiences, and tour guides are phenomenal. They have a wide array of itineraries and the ability to customize to meet your group's needs. After traveling with them for years, they have earned my respect with how they conduct their operations.

I would never travel with another company! ACIS prepares the perfect itinerary for both trips I have taken so far! I have asked parents and students who paid for their own trip and they said it was worth every penny!
