Issue resolved well and compensated

I had an issue with my order and some was was not received. I then spoke to Ada, who was very quick and kind in addressing the issue and resolving it. Giving extra as compensation as well! Very quick and reliable, absolutely recommend.

LENA THE GOAT

Lena was super helpful dealing with a mishap with delivery and even offered extra items for the confusion and delay. Delivery time was fast. Continuous communication for reassurance while the delivery was taking place as this was my first time using their service. 10/10.
