customer service

Who i spoke wit was very understanding and helpful.
The problem is i am still waiting for portal link to make my payments, If i don't get the link i can't pay the way i requested and will be reset and have to call again which is what i explained i don't like doing(calling on the Phone) so problem not resolved

they are constantly phoning my father…

they are constantly phoning my father who is in hospital even though i have told them on numerous occassions over a debt he had been paying off monthly and then suddendly argos closed his account and he could,nt make any more payments they are rude and unhelpful and dont listen to you and just threaten you and so i have written to their ceo in the hope he might listen and be more helpful but i doubt he will be so i have had to contact the financial ombudsmen to get involved now

I never had an account with next and…

I never had an account with next and had this company contacting me about some money i owe. It is so disturbing when you suddenly receive a bill you dont know about. Spoke to a lovely gentleman Sultan very polite and resolved the matter.

I’ve been struggling with debt for a while and I’ve always had anxiety about dealing with it.

It is always good to have someone who is willing to reasoning out with when you are in such difficulties. I was lucky to have Mr Heritage as an agent whose customer service was on the top. He explained everything clearly step by step. Finally what I could say is Heritage has the CAN DO ATTITUDE.

Absolutely shocking company!

Absolutely shocking company!!
I have never known a company so incompetent.
I had two debts with them and decided to pay the larger one in full only to be told over the phone they had paid the wrong one off but don’t worry it will get passed to our team and sorted . 3 months goes by and nothing . Smaller debt was marked satisfied on my credit file and the larger still outstanding. But where did the extra money go I paid . See what the financial ombudsman makes of it . Absolutely fuming

This is horrible company

This is horrible company. They send me a offer to pay off a debit which will be state as full satisfied, after I pay the offer they told my will be partial satisfied, in fact I have recorded it in my phone. When I raised the complaint they said that they will investigate and after all the offer me £50 for they mistake.
