I am paying off a debt with ACI, and I pay every month, every single month, and every single month I receive a collection letter informing me that I haven't paid, and my debt never decreases, it only increases. And now I receive a letter saying that I have to pay the total amount of the debt, even though my last payment was in June. And before that, I made all the monthly payments, but there was no deduction of the amount.

Deen was very helpful today , I have been having phone calls for the last 2 years of an account I have never used!! Despite many attempts to prove it wasn’t used today is the first time it has been actioned.

ACI have been contacting me for weeks via telephone however; the call is always dropped their end. It's the same when I call them to clear my name. Furthermore; I cannot get past clearance due to them asking me personal information which I'm reluctant to share. I find this organisation to be difficult to deal with. I've lost faith with them.
Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Matthew ACI who put all matters to rest. He was a kind excellent listener resolving my problem instantly. I am extremely grateful for his generosity and mature outlook to take the time to do this.

I have been dealing with ACI for almost two years regarding a fraudulent account that should never have been pursued against me in the first place. Despite repeatedly informing them that the account is fraudulent, having confirmation it is fraudulent and disputing the information, they have continued to report it on my credit file.
After successfully having one default removed, I recently discovered that ACI had placed another default on my credit file for the same fraudulent account within 7 months of the first one being removed. This has caused me an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, anxiety and frustration.
The ongoing handling of this matter has put both a recent job offer and the remortgage of my home at risk. No one should have to worry about their financial future because of repeated errors relating to an account that does not belong to them.
Throughout this process, I have been told that ACI is waiting for the original company to recall the account, yet nearly two years later the matter still remains unresolved. In the meantime, my credit file continues to be affected.
The lack of resolution, poor communication and the impact this has had on my life have been completely unacceptable.

Registered a complaint 6 weeks ago and since then things have only got worse. ACI/Perch bought my old Wave credit card and I have been making monthly payments. I am currently mid mortgage process and they have incorrectly marked my credit file with a missed payment stating I have not paid the minimum agreed payment. My broker has confirmed that with this information on my credit file due to their mis reporting, my mortgage will fail! I am mid part exchange and need this resolving immediately.
I have NEVER missed a payment and I would not deliberately pay less than I was meant to, particularly £6! This is ridiculous. The communication has been dire with contradictory information and lies constantly. I had set up a payment arrangement and this was deemed fine! It
was never communicated to me until too late when I queried the missed payment marker on my file that it was not enough.
Since logging my complaint, I have had another payment marked as late/missed due to an apparent “error”with their payments system and my online account also shows in arrears which it is not and has been confirmed with them, apparently due to another “error “ with their system. This feels like too much of a coincidence and is obviously a scare tactic used to make people clear their debt despite agreed payments to prevent further misreporting on credit files.
ACI/Perch have admitted their mistakes on my credit file yet have done nothing to change it stating it takes 60 days. More lies as they can expedite this information if they want to. They have also ignored communication from the credit reference agencies disputing this information which could update my file from their end showing they really don’t care and lie!
I will be going to the Financial Ombudsman and the ICO to report ACI/Perch as they are practicing illegally and need to be investigated. There are too many “errors “ that are taking place and this is affecting my life and causing unbelievable stress and anxiety. If my mortgage fails I will be also taking legal action against ACI.

HAD MULTIPLE MISSED CALLS NON-IDEA WHO IT WAS PHONED BACK SPOKE TO A LOVELY GUY NAMED HENRI. HE WENT THROUGH MY FINANCE’s WITH ME CAME TO AN AGREEMENT TOOK A PAYMENT AND WAS HUST OVERALL NICE. He acknowledged my kids in the background and and we had a laugh about the weather top guy man!
