Incredible experience! Simon worked wonders. I was certain my pricey velvet sofa, just three days old, was ruined after my dalmatian's muddy romp. I can't recommend this company enough. Huge thanks to Simon!

Prefect service! Nick was friendly, efficient and did a marvellous job with our carpets. I would highly recommend. Their services also cover Cardiff and the south west.

Might be good if they turned up when they said or let you know they weren't coming.
I arranged for someone to sit in empty house for them arriving and didn't bother to let me know. I rang them 4 times and didn't answer. Very disappointing company

Simon from Andromeda Cleaning service has just been amazing. What a miracle worker! After over 4 years of having a bright red nail varnish stain out of a plain beige carpet, he managed to get it out - and completely! Had given up and covered it with a rug! Then he cleaned curtains too - muddy for the bottom 2 feet, thanks to a keen outdoor dog! Simon was efficient, prompt, courteous and a clean worker- excellent! And a joy to see someone who takes such pride in his work. The office staff were most helpful too - and not at all pushy which i really appreciated, as I was apprehensive, as I hadn't heard of anyone using this company before. Will definitely recommend Simon! And I won't panic next time the cat is sick on the carpet!

I wanted to mention how fantastic George was today, the job turned out to be more than anticipated and he was here for over 3 hours working hard to make my carpets look better, he was so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, he has an excellent work ethic and customer service skills and he really is a credit to your company.

The team was amazing from start to finish in cleaning my original Persian rug. I was always dubious as the rug is original and is around 30 years old, and has a few issues due to wear and tear.

It came back pretty much like new, so impressed to see the original colours stand out bright and vibrant again.

Great communication and great service. When the rug needs cleaning again, I'll be in touch.

They also helped with some advice and some cleaning up from my dogs. Both long-haired bearded collies, whose hair is a nightmare to get up from the floor (and that Persian rug!). The usual Shark / Dyson never worked—whatever kit these guys used was outstanding in getting the hair up!

George did a fantastic job cleaning a sofabed and armchair for me. It was very grubby, smelt of food and there was lots of mould to the underside of the framework on the sofabed. He worked very hard cleaning the sofa and he even removed the mould.! I would highly recommend A Cleaning Services.

An excellent carpet cleaning company. Helpful and informed office staff. Carpets were cleaned to a high professional standard and they dried quickly. The operative George was punctual, polite, obliging and thorough and will certainly request him again for our next clean.

Friendly and helpful service from beginning to end. I had to change the date for the carpet cleaning and that was rearranged immediately and without hesitation. George arrived on time and explained clearly what he was going to do and how he would do it. He told me that some of the stains (from a ceiling falling in and covering the carpet with black ash dust) would potentially remain (which I thought would be the case) but they look a lot less obvious after cleaning and I'm happy with that. The rest of the carpets smell so much better and look so much brighter - almost like new! George also brought back a rug which had been cleaned and he relaid it for me, moving and lifting the sofa and chair. A really lovely man and very kind.

I have used this company for many years and have always found them polite, reliable and have provided good workmanship. Nicks understudy Blake was diligently learning the ropes and will be a great asset. Next job already booked in with them.

Kate was helpful in explaining the services available and costs and booked us in promptly. George arrived on time, was friendly and explained the process, helpful in moving heavier furniture. The carpets have come up lovely, I had considered buying new after quite a lot of dusty renovations but now no need, they are clean and fresh at a fraction of the cost. Would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Have used A Cleaning for years. They are always professional, friendly and get the job done. Simon has just been and worked wonders with a carpet which was in a bad state. Looks great.

From the initial contact and speedy response, to booking in the appointment at short notice, and cleaning our disgusting (!) carpet, I was really impressed with the service received. Excellent communication prior to the appointment, and George was so friendly and helpful. He was most considerate of the business operations, and worked hard and efficiently. He did a great job on carpet which is probably past its sell-by date! Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

We don't usually write reviews but were so impressed with A Cleaning Service. We had 4 carpets cleaned and the results were first class. From the initial contact with Kate to the excellent work done by Simon and Blake. They were professional, courteous, polite and didn't rush the job. Would definitely use again.
