I’ve been going to A C Leigh in Colchester for years and I honestly can’t fault them. Tash, Reece and Lindsey are always friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. If they don’t have something in stock, they’ll go out of their way to source it for you quickly. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days — a truly reliable and professional team. Highly recommend!

Would like to say a big thank you to Lindsey, Natasha and Reece at AC Leigh Colchester.

I cover all the Council commercial buildings throughout Colchester and the team at AC Leigh always go to great lengths to be helpful with their vast in-depth knowledge of the industry.

My work can vary from installations at the Castle, to Leisure World or numerous museums, AC Leigh always pull through for me with my weird and wonderful Ironmongery requirements as a lot of my work is not standard.

Once again, a massive thank you to AC Leigh, a great company with old school customer service.

I was missold an expensive item. I have since heard from many people not to trust this company. I have learnt the hard way. I was taken advantage of because I was a female on my own at the end of their day, they wanted to go home. They lied to me. Writing to head office was a waste of time, they're all as bad as each other, they all stuck together with the lie. DO NOT use this company, they are appalling. One star was the lowest I was able to give, I would give them minus if that was an option

tried numerous places to match door handle without success went to shop counter they couldn’t match but looked at my handle and said the workshop could fit a new spring took handle and fitted spring straight away absolutely brilliant service can’t praise enough m.g.laws

Although the item I ordered was originally out of stock, I was given the option of waiting or having a refund. I opted to wait, and although they told me it would be over a month, the item duly arrived as promised and I was given notice that the order was being executed. I have been very pleased with the quality of the item and the packing, and therefore I am happy to recommend the company.

They just do their job.
They are well stocked and very helpful when buying on line.
The postal service is excellent and the goods arrive promptly.

Ordered sash locks turned up next day quality product absolutely fantastic we'll be buying again 😃

Great communication and regular updates on an order coming from Germany. When the order arrived, the products were incorrect ( error by manufacturer) but AC Leigh just sorted it out and correct products arrived swiftly at no additional cost. If only every company could be this good! Thanks again 😊

Excellent service from AC Leigh. The only key to a filing cabinet had been lost and with fairly minimal information the team at AC Leigh identified what was required and made a new set. Efficient and friendly, couldn't ask for more.
