DO NOT RENT FROM SPACE BUSINESS CENTRE!!!
Having rented a number of units over many many years.
We had to vacate due to covid
At the end of March We emailed the asked for one month notice in writing. PLUS gave verbal confirmation of leaving to Toni the site manager just before she left on furlough.
We left the unit clean and in excellent condition and put the keys with a note through Toni’s Closed office letter box.
That was at the end of April.
Toni and The management Of space business have refused to repay our £1000 deposit on the grounds that Toni didn’t return To work till June and as we didnt date the note we left with the key we should still pay rent till June. So no refund! AT ALL !!!
Do Not trust these people they are unprofessional CROOKS!
We called management about this problem and they have IGNORED our complaint.

We have been an owner of a unit on Cheltenham Space Business Centre for a number of years. Toni manages Space Business Centre with an abundance of professionalism and care. Any issues should they arise you can be assured that they are going to be managed and dealt with little impact on your buisness. This was very refreshing for us as we have had some bad experiences in the past.

Great service and very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The site is very well maintained and secure and the units are perfect, suitable for office or small warehouse. Checking in was easy and painless. I would highly recommend.

Space Business Park has excellent facilities and we feel that our business is cared for and secure at all times. Toni, our Site Manager is always helpful, friendly and shows a real interest in our business and the others on the park and is great at helping us feel like a close community. We’re really happy there and hope that The Flower Man will remain at the site for a long time to come.

Facilities are great for my pt studio and the support provided by Toni is first class :)

We have had a great time at Space Business Centre.  The people in the units we work near are always friendly, and Toni has been a great help throughout our time here. Nothing is to much hassle and she will always go out of her way to help you wherever she can.

We relocated our warehouse to Space in January having been shown around the site by Toni, I had great confidence in her and the estate. We loved the idea of the security knowing our business was being monitored and patrolled especially while we are not there. The paperwork and moving in process was seamless and easy, any maintenance questions and wifi installation was speedy and efficient. We have settled in well and gotten to know our neighbours. We are in the process of moving to a larger unit on-site as we love being here but need a little more floor space. We've definitely made the right decision moving our business to Space as it provides everything we need and more!

Fantastic facilities, and units are impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for them, management goes above and beyond for their clients, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone making the leap to get their own business premises.

We are incredibly happy with our wonderful unit. The site is fantastic and kept spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Waste and recycling points are easily accessible and emptied frequently. Excellent utility blocks. Centrally located. All overseen by Toni the Site Manager. Toni is exceptional. Incredibly helpful in every way. Since the day we enquired about a unit to date, nothing has been too much trouble and Toni cannot do enough for us. A real asset to the Business Centre. We are very very happy here and cannot recommend the site enough to anyone considering a unit here. Our business has benefited since we moved here.
