Extremely poor support:
- poorly conceptually thought through,
- poorly implemented,
- poorly staffed.
It seems the ACG management had never
worked in a corporate support / CRM:
- basic support principles are foreign to them.

That alone overweighs all the good work
ACG content creators have done so far.

Hence only 2 out of 5.
On a 1 to 10 it should be 3.

Excellent training and good courses

My success as an AWS Cloud Solutions Architect for the Federal Gov't is largely due to the quality, breadth, and depth of resources on A Cloud Guru's platform. One of the best investments in myself.

A Cloud Guru is an excellent resource for learning the cloud.

They make everything easy to understand and fun to learn.

The hands on labs and quizzes are excellent for enhancing your learning and the cloud sandboxes allow you to practice what you learn in real time.

I have been in the tech industry for 20+ years and needed to come up to speed on cloud technology.
Did some hunting and pecking around the net and one name kept coming up - ACloudGuru. Checked out a couple free videos on the site and I was sold. Not only is the content current and relevant - they sometimes add a dash of humor to help digest this big pill which is future tech.

If you don’t work in this field and the only reason you sign up is to get your certified - don’t waist your time as it won’t happen. Been there done that no worky.

To me developers may have a easier time getting certified as as a lot of the tasks outsourced to the cloud originated On Prem.

I currently use ACloudGuru to inform myself of specific technology on my job. I highly endorse ACloudGuru as a useful tool to all in the tech industry. ACloudGuru works for me.

slow response when asking

I used to pay $20 for a class. Now I pay $40 a month. You are worse then the Oracle Mafia.

Cloud Playground issues and support

The Cloud Playground should allow access to most of the services offered by Public Clouds.

For AWS the access seems to be pretty good but for Azure Cloud the access is not available for a lot of services and why some of the services fail is not explained nor there is support offered for these failures for a long time really wasting a lot of time for my subscription period.

Very useful for cloud certification training

The classes are really good! I love the way they explained things through out a lab; it is easier to understand when you see it working. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I am not able to keep the same lab for the entire course, and it is a bit of complex to recover everything you work on before to keep working progressively ! may be you can change that at least for VIP users!

You are doing great but It's important to update contents and exam every one/two month of AWS course certification. Thank you.

Thankful the the scheduling feature to keep my on track and accountable. Video and sound quality is great and lab steps are well laid out.

Aws courses were great. Gcp courses seem more outdated

love the new ability to use the sandbox environments to do the training exercise. Very helpful and takes the training from good to excellent.

Amazing team and company. I've been doing their courses for a couple of years now and I always managed to get my certifications with the materials that they provided.
