I came in for a scar removal…
I came in for a scar removal consultation. I had two types of scars. The first was an old scar that I knew wouldn't disappear completely, but I was hoping it would become less noticeable. The second was a scar that appeared shortly before the laser treatment. Several pimples on my cheeks had gotten much worse, leaving scars. As I said, I knew the larger scars wouldn't completely disappear, but I was hoping the smaller acne scars would even out. This was a fresh scar, and my skin is young and heals well, but I didn't get any major results. I came in for a follow-up consultation and was told I needed three more laser treatments, even though I had already purchased six, despite the initial recommendation of three. This time, I was told I probably needed to use a higher power level. Why not higher power from start? My friend had acne and a lot of scarring, and even her results were better than mine, even though the problem was more severe. She had the same procedure at a different clinic. Besides, I'm disappointed and don't want to pay more money to see no results and this clinic's only response is to pay more.
