I was expecting a much better experience from this casino. The platform looks promising at first, but there are several things that could definitely be improved. The terms aren't explained clearly enough, and getting straightforward answers from customer support can be frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it until these issues are addressed

If I could give more stars, I would
I lost my 500+ hour island during my data transfer to a new switch, and after debating whether or not to purchase bells, I went for it. I cannot recommend this website enough and will certainly purchase again in the future. The service I received was fast and efficient, and they worked with me through internet connectivity issues and remained so patient. Thank you again!!

So patient even when there were technical difficulties, absolutely amazing! The website says they respond within ten minutes but they almost always respond in less then five. I highly reccomend.
