THANKS VERY MUCH.

ACC came thru for us with flying colors and got us out from under our timeshare agreement. It's a load off my mind knowing that neither myself nor any of my family will ever be saddled with those perpetuitous monthly fees.

The journey isn't completely over but American Consumer Credit has helped release us from the contract and clearing up all of the credit report issues.

ACC handled our case with a professional, yet personal touch. They kept us informed and returned calls in a timely manner. It's great to know that there are people and companies who can work on our behalf.

We found ourselves ensnared in a timeshare from hell. But we are thankful for American Consumer Credit for helping us to resolve the issue released from the contract. American Consumer Credit was patient with us, worked with us, and never left us in the dark. We are extremely thankful and our rep was awesome. He was always a call or email away.

This is one amazing company. I was a little apprehensive at first because I don't live in the same state as the company but Vicky Goins put my mind at ease. She took all the time in the world to answer all my questions on the many phone conversations we had before I signed with American Consumer Credit Company. Ms Goins is the first person you get to speak with and she is a wonderful lady. Which was the case for everyone I spoke with at this company. They explain everything you need to know and do to dissolve your contract with your timeshare company legally and permanently. Thank you so much to all the many people who helped me with my timeshare burden. If your looking for a company that can get the job done this is the company. Now I can retire with piece of mind. My sincere gratitude and continued success to American Consumer Credit Company.

Yes in beginning, I was skeptical! But I put my trust in this company and guess what they fulfilled there commitment in 3 months. They are fabulous and will be relieved. Give them a chance and you won't regret it.

I am very happy with the service American Consumer Credit provided me they helped me get out of my time share in speedy time frame. They were helpful in deflecting the time share from aggravating me.

I was disappointed with this service. I did as I was asked and checked in with them frequently. I provided documentation in a timely manner and expected responses in some cases. I received a packet from the timeshare organization and asked if I should acknowledge and/or return the materials. I did not receive a response for over two months and by that time, the window on that option was unavailable. I feel like I gave them money for nothing at this point. They are just as bad as the timeshares themselves in my opinion - like throwing good money after bad. It appears among their many problems that they have tons of staff turnover and therefore, things are not handled in a timely manner. I now have a ding on my credit history that I was trying to avoid so I am disappointed.

My husband and I were at a loss. We were roped into this Timeshare thing on a high from Disney with promises that were not fulfilled. Orange Lake Resorts did nothing to help us on our way. They held us for HOURS until we relented and purchased a share. They handed us our papers and sent us on our way. We tried time and again to use our points (of which they promised us many) and could never get any help. We had the Timeshare for 2 years and never used 1 point (not for lack of trying). We finally called and wanted to sale. Which Orange Lake told us we could do at anytime. We were told we could sale but it would be on our own and we had to pay them off first before we could even sale. My husband and I were very upset being this was not what was promised by the sales rep. I did a Google search and came across ACC. We did research and talked with the firm rep and signed up for the help that was needed. Turns out this was the "BEST HELP EVER". Michael was able to help us do what we could not do on our own. It took 6 months but Orange Lake finally relented and let us out of our Timeshare. I thank ACC for being there and helping us with everything. They kept me informed every step of the way. They answered ever email I sent them with quick responses. Can not say enough about the help we received. Thank you

I knew I wanted out of our timeshare and wasn't sure on how to go about it. American Consumer Credit helped me along the way. Vicki was very patient with us, answering all of our questions and concerns and returning our emails very quickly. My only concern is my credit report. Now that BlueGreen has closed to account as a charge off and reported missed payments, it has affected our credit. So I am hoping that this firm will be able to clear that off and we can move on with our lives before we fell victim to this SCAM!!! NEVER DO A TIMESHARE!!

We got caught up in the Timeshare circle. Told several different stories and none were the same. They were very manipulative. Stumbled onto Ammerican Consumer Credit and they changed our lives. They had us provide the info and they ran with it. We are now 100% removed from our legally binding contract. They are the best. Attorney Soccorro and all the folks involved went about and beyond the call of duty. Bless you.
