I contracted Ed and the team at Acorn for client's autumn conference in South London and I couldn't be happier with their service and delivery.

Completely 1st class from the moment I made contact, through to the site visit and the planning an d throughout the event day.

They were responsive, adaptive, helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly to work with.

The venue was hired on a semi dry basis and it was critical we got the right AV solution in place and Ed filled me with confidence from initial contact. I was able to trust in his and the teams delivery and expertise and the outcome was perfect for the event and my client.

Very good service from Acorn, thank you. The set design, event set-up and overall running were efficient and effective. Our iiag conference, held at the Wokefield Estate, was mainly run by volunteers and one part time administrator, so we rely on good professionals to ensure delivery runs smoothly. We received positive feedback from delegates, sponsors and speakers, over the two days; the stage, backdrop, sound and lighting all contributed positively.

Having worked with Acorn AV on both an in-person conference last year and a virtual conference this year, I have nothing but the utmost appreciation for Ed and his team.

Both events ran without a hitch for their entire 3-day span, which is an incredible feat considering the in-person conference featured multiple rooms and auxiliary events, and the virtual event was live streamed, featuring a live studio, pre-recorded talks and live Q&A sessions with multiple speakers calling in.

As the world is increasingly going virtual and event organisers are stumbling their way through the steep learning curve of putting on digital events, we were able to deliver an experience that received rave reviews from the audience, speakers and sponsors alike, in large part thanks to the quality care and the technical and creative input we received from Acorn AV.

Ironically, we almost didn’t choose to work with Acorn AV because the reviews seemed too good to be true – I’m afraid I can’t help but add another voice to that crowd, but can assure you that they really ARE this good!

Helped out last minute with a specialist piece of equipment. Would recommend them if you're looking for any AV equipment, really nice guys.

I contacted Acorn to provide video and audio recording services for a round table discussion. They were both professional and prompt in all of their communications. When I didn't get through on the phone, someone would call me back when they became available. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.

On the day of the event, they showed up on time (and no doubt would have shown up earlier if we'd had earlier access to the room!) and quickly went about setting up for the event. Everything was ready and running smoothly before the event started. Ed stayed in the room throughout the event to ensure everything continued to work properly, which it did. He was unassuming and the way the recording equipment was set up was in no way distracting from the event.

I received the footage from the event two days later, with the content from the two cameras edited onto one screen together. The quality was excellent and absolutely fit for our purposes (transcription, later reference, etc.).

We have worked with Acorn twice now and they have been great. Nothing is too much trouble and they are relaxed, professional and nice to have around.

Working with the Acorn AV team was a pleasure from start to finish. Even coming to them very late in the day (at 6pm for a 9am event the next day) they were able to make everything happen with perfect efficiency. They made a great first impression and followed this up throughout our interactions - being able to respond quickly to changing circumstances and ensure it was a smooth process throughout.
