Good product, poor customer satisfaction
I have a mixed review here. I bought sound insulating foam with sticky back. The sound expert that I was in touch with did a poor job of describing the product and how much is in the box. I got a lot more than I thought.The products are great and as described. What I received was sound insulating it had no sticky back. Their solution was to send me a roll of two sided sticky tape. It works, but it’s very difficult to handle. They also said they give me a credit. For the amount I paid for the product the credit was less than 4% of the price. Pretty petty on their side. Downvote on customer service and satisfaction. Upvote on the product.

acoustic panels issue with second shipment
I had purchased large room acoustic panel packages. The metal claw fasteners were great to install. I late added a few additional panels later. The metal claw fasteners more difficult to install. My panels seem sightly larger too. I’m going need to reinstall two 4-foot by 2-foot panels. I have to patch 24 holes then reinstall.
