I was looking for a very specific fiber…
I was looking for a very specific fiber type and configuration. They were able to help me via the online chat which ended being best because I could ask a question, they could go check the product lot, then they could get back to me as they found the answers, all while I kept working. To verify that I am getting exactly what I need, the customer service rep is even sending me a 1 yard sample so I can inspect/test/verify it is what I need before I order. I have dealt with a lot of fiber companies, but ACP not only had what I needed, but they were extremely nice about getting it to me. The sample is in and it does look like it is exactly what they described and meets my specifications.
