Good products, well packaged, quick delivery.

I have submitted reviews before about Acqua Garden. I have been receiving vegetable plugs and plants from them for a number of years. These are speedily delivered and are always in pristine condition. Any communication I have with the company is always friendly, attentive and professional. I am glad that I found Acqua Garden and would go to no one else for all my garden vegetable and plant requirements. 5 stars every time. Colin

This is the second year purchasing Acqua Garden's pansies. Very good quality plants, a little expensive for a single tray but very economical if you buy 2. Plus fast delivery. What's not to like!

I’ve not received anything! Order submitted then zero communication. Phone number doesn’t connect and no reply to emails. Scam??? Gutted as website fab with great products.

I have not yet received any of my orders apart from some free chard as an apology for not getting some tomatoes that still haven't been delivered.

Very healthy plants. There was a slight delivery issue, but the customer service and willingness to rectify was faultless. Would defo order again.

The christmas cacti I received exceeded all expectations, it was quite simply stunning. Absolutely choc a block with beautiful flowers and buds. Absolutely delighted.

Excellent customer service. My order was a little delayed, without prompting, Acqua Garden sent a complimentary tray of plants as an apology. When my order arrived the plants were of great quality and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered Bella winter spinach plants but received renegade which is a spring planting spinach. I have planted it but not sure it’ll do any good. On the plus side the plants were securely wrapped for postage, are healthy and arrived promptly.

Item came in the post relatively quickly. Plants in the packet were broken and half dead. Most looked too small to be planted out yet but we did anyway as they were here and company said they were ok to go.
All were planted same day they arrived and all died within a week. What a waste of time and money. Won't be ordering again.

you made a mistake as using Royal Mail to deliver my order was disastrous as the parcel promised by email by them didn't arrive until 7.45pm sopping wet with damage to plants. As a result I won't be using you again as I won't accept such a terrible delivery service in future !! Sorry for you as it's not directly your fault but !!!!
