Acquire did a great job of bringing me a larger group of potential buyers. Once I started to receive buyer interest, they assigned me a dedicated representative, Ky, who was very helpful throughout the process and helped me position myself to receive several offers. He also helped throughout the process to closing. My experience was positive, and I sold my company for a great price.

Pointless and a waste of time. Intelligence must not be required in their team.

The Acquire service is pretty good and helpful with completing the transaction process from listing to close. However, their reliance on Escrow.com is the reason for a poor review. Escrow delayed every step of the process and asked to double check everything. Their entire platform is 1995 and they won't accept very common bank accounts. Please Acquire - stop using Escrow.com!

We sold our SaaS business on acquire.com. The platform is really nice if you’re looking to sell your business, as you get a dedicated success manager. 

In our case, this was Emiley Noonan. She really excels in what she does and was the most important factor why we successfully sold our app. Of course, the platform brings buyers and sellers together, but in terms of website quality, there is room for improvement (reloads on navigation, long loading times, unclear navigation). But again, this is not essential, it’s the support that is offered by acquire.com in the form of a dedicated person that answers all of your questions, gives you input on what you can improve with your listing, and even does some coaching for sales calls if you want. 

To finalize the purchase, they work with an escrow provider so that the payment is secured, and you can safely do the transition of your assets or your company. 

Easy-to-use service with amazing client support. No overcomplicated forms - everything is designed to be user-friendly, making it effortless to list a business without any struggle. Huge thanks to Sasha for her outstanding support and guidance throughout the process!
