Awful experience would recommend avoiding if possible.

Took a week to send us relevant referencing forms despite taking our holding deposit immediately, then stalled on sending the contract. Once they had finally sent the contract and we had signed, we were informed that the landlord wasn't happy with our references, 2 days before move date.

After initial confusion about why the landlord had originally deemed us suitable enough to sign contracts, take a months worth of rent and security deposits from to only then pull it, an email from the landlord described that not all the references we'd provided had actually been shared with him and the additional references he had requested hadn't been relayed to us to allow us time to provide them.

We are now in the process of chasing our rent, security deposit AND holding deposit, totaling nearly £3,000, and have to find another flat in the space of a week.

Communication from the team at Acquire living was dreadful throughout and we have yet to receive even an apology for their handling of the situation.

I was happy to provide a reference but would have liked to have said more about the person seeking to rent the flat. I would have said what a reliable and honest person he was.

This agency's very good the have different rooms available on the website with different values for each of us. All the properties have clear rooms desk for students and professionals, double bed on the rooms and bright rooms available. I really like the service and the prices are so very convenient for our availability, my room, for example, is nearby my work so I can be doing easily my offset. But mainly you can dialogue with the agents about deposit and follow payments further I really recommend this agency.

Could not recommend this agency enough for those that are wishing to rent by room and want affordable rent but don't want this to compromise quality. All bills included is also a massive help in what can be a very expensive city. This was my first place since moving to London, I felt no pressure and it was reassuring that they did not mind me asking so many questions after initially having my doubts (not with the company but making the move to London).

I've been renting a place in Stockwell which at the time was not occupied by anyone Aaron that showed me round was warm, welcoming and extremely informative. It was a 5 bed flat and they did a great job of trying to find tenants that would all get along instead of filling the rooms as soon as possible.

Since then i've unfortunately had to leave the property due to COVID-19 and therefore break my tenancy. I've been therefore trying to find a replacement. They have been really professional throughout and at the same time been completely understanding of the situation, despite me having to leave earlier than expected.The circumstances have not been ideal for all parties involved but Acquire have been really supportive and great at finding a happy medium.

Great design of the website, With very easy way to apply and arrange a viewing for a room/flat.

The room was way smaller than what it shows in the photos. The agent when questioned about that lead me to the door and ended the viewing without showing me anything else.

Acquire Living has given me a smooth transition for my first move to London. They have provided all the information and helped me go through the process of securing a room. I didn't feel any pressure and had all my questions answered as well as them working with me to allow this move to be as easy and stress free as possible.

Horrible offering service. They put houses on the market and instead of doing a first come, first serve basis they ask you to complete an application form to make an offer. Then never follow-up to confirm whether you may make an offer or not

Brilliant house viewing at Stanley Grove, informative guide and friendly atmosphere!

Really great experience with Acquire Living, easy process to browse properties and book a viewing. The agent showing us around was fantastic, ran through the process and answered any questions that we had. Property was finished to a very high level which is great to see, only issue I encountered is that sometimes the website wouldn’t work on my phone.
