Great Product and has gotten even better over time

This Soft-Phone APP is absolutely Awesome
The Cloud SoftPhone APP by Acrobits is a fantastic application and platform. Very user-friendly and feature-rich. We have been using it for well over 18 months and absolutely like the reliability and functionality of the application.

Acrobits - works on iOS, work in progress for android
Acrobits - works on iOS, work in progress for android.
The iOS version works rather well so far in our testing. Even when changing networks (wifi to LTE and back to wifi). However the Android app does not fair so well. The app has difficulty changing networks seamlessly (wifi to LTE or reverse). Our testing suggest the app struggles to change network in android (even with PUSH), which can only be mitigated by if your mobile provider offers a public IP address (they rarely do, must pay extra) or if the end user's is running a VPN. With VPN and/or Public IP over LTE, Acrobits for android has less difficulty with NAT and changing networks and avoids dropped calls.
Tech support with Acrobits is somewhat responsive to troubleshooting and support requests, but solutions are eluding the team; as such the problem remains. We look forward to future improvements.

We would appreciate better interface for design editing
We use the white label softphone service, it works as it should, but we would appreciate better interface for design editing. There is a number of design elements in the app, which you are not able to edit. You don’t see them or know about them, before the testing on the actual mobile device, so it is not a customisable as one would expect.
We appreciate good customer service.
