I don’t want to even 1 star. I have never received the response from support desk, even though the booking date is tomorrow. I am wasting time and money to buy tickets from them.

The old man who play the Bouzouki in the way out of the site stole my partner's wallet. The police did nothing.

Be very careful with this website

Be very careful with this website. It looks like an official ticket site for the Acropolis, but it is not. I paid 25€ per ticket for something that should have been free (or much cheaper) on the official site.

The website is misleading and does not clearly explain that it is a third-party reseller adding extra fees. I only realized afterwards that I had overpaid.

After my purchase, I also found many similar experiences from other customers mentioning high markups, hidden “service fees,” and poor customer support.

I strongly recommend buying tickets only from the official government website and avoiding this one

Don’t be fooled—they rip you off. Absolutely avoid!

They deceive customers by presenting themselves as official resellers and adding a €15 surcharge to the ticket price (on top of the €30), claiming a service that doesn’t actually exist. Unfortunately, I got scammed by the misleading URL of their website, thinking it was the official Acropolis portal. Don’t be fooled—they rip you off. Absolutely avoid!

Highly suspected scam

The site looks legit at first, but is not an official ticket retailer, is charging >30% over the regular price, in the payment process an error occurred however the payment went through. Received only a message of booking confirmation but no ticket attached or details about any services included, promising that the ticket will come later. Finger crossed that a ticket of some sort will arrive.
The website holder name is not the same of the company in the payment, and the credit card payment issuer's info are not to be found anywhere (misleading responsibility).
The company name (based in Barcelona) on the terms and conditions page is not written in typo, but uploaded as image, a way scammers make it invisible to search engines.
Links to their contact center are broken.
Very suspicious behavior, immediately after, I found many other customers reporting the same. They must be blocked, they are already active for a few years (reports goes back to 2023).

Firstly, we appreciate your feedback, and we are very sorry to know that your experience with us was not good as expected.

However, we would like to detail that our T&C, which should have to be read by the user before finishing the purchase, states how fees work.

The service offered is not the sale or resale of tickets of Acropolis but consists of their acquisition through the corresponding voluntary, express, special, and remunerated mandate of the user. The difference between the official price and ours is based on the added value that we provide, which is based on providing a personalized service during the whole process, the correction of errors in its processing, and specific customer service.

Thank you for your feedback!

Ordered the tickets 2 hrs before entry…

Ordered the tickets 2 hrs before entry time, received a confirmation e-mail but no tickets. The tickets were for 12:45 entry currently 1:30, and still no tickets. Contacted them via Chat Bot, of which no useful response, emailed them, no response, and no contact phone number. Do not use! Currently have wasted over 100euros. If we had purchased direct from the Acropolis it would have been 60euros and we would have actually had tickets!

28/08/25 Refund has now been given, but does not make up for not being able to see the Acropolis on the day trip to Athens.

Horrible terrible service

Horrible terrible service, please dont use this website book any tickets, I paid my ticket and they just didnt deliver them!! I missed the time slot, they send a confirmation booking email but at the entry here this means nothing.. I send over emails but they just didnt respond their AI boot chat has no solution for that. It is impossible to find a number.
Nedless to say that they charge 40 Euro while the entry on the site is 30 Euro

Also there is skipping the line.. at the entrance..

Now I am checking if I can cancel my unrecieved tickets.. and the answer is no as their guidelines states..

Then I received the tickets at 4:30 PM although my time slot was from 3PM till 4PM .. and on the 16th of July instead the same say I ordered them the 10th of July.. meaning dated a week later.

Updates on the 13th of July, Now I am asking for refund but no one is answering the email.. or after the contact form.

The lift was broken

The lift was broken, meaning wheelchair users and those with mobility issues missed out, many of whom had paid 30 Euros to enter. Our once in a lifetime visit to Athens was very disappointing because of this.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service!

We were supposed to visit Athene right now but our Transavia flight was cancelled by the airline company for reasons unknown.
I had already booked 2 tickets to the Acropolis and Parthenon upfront for 90,-

The customer service of Acropolis Tickets will not change the dates of the tickets to the Acropolis into the date of newly booked weekend to Athene in 3 weeks!

Terrible service

Terrible service, not possible to get in touch with anyone. I have bought two adults tickets and one free child but I was charged 105 euros. I could not get in with these tickets to Acropolis as they said I was given a timed entry and I missed. I had to pay again. I have been trying to speak to someone and only AI chat bot. This is a Scam and this company should not exist after so many complaints. Can you advise how to get through customer service? As I tried for few days in the row and only AI bot replies which says I cannot help. I just need phone number or email address. What kind of company Acropolis is not customer service contact details at all.

Scam

Scam. They charge +12€ per ticket as a "service fee". Rather book it on the official website for 20€ instead of 32€.

Edit: A copy paste response doesn't make it any better. The additional "service" they are referring to is not worth the money or doesn't even exist.

AVOID Acropolis Tickets!

After getting off the flight in Athens the morning of the day we wanted to see the Acropolis, I found the website and never realised we were about to pay more for a visit than if we just went to the ticket booth at the Acropolis. But that was the least of the issues though. We had been careful in deciding when we booked the time as we were still at the airport, so we selected an afternoon time of 4pm to ensure we could make it. The tickets came via email and we then made our way to the hotel to drop-off luggage and make our way up. Not long before before we were about to enter, we noticed the time on the tickets were incorrect. The entry time they had sent us was 1pm. Staff at the Acropolis were extremely unhelpful and didn't want anything to do with the issue after denying entry to us. There was a number on the ticket which we tried to call but it always went unanswered after multiple attempts. The only option was to email. After detailing our issue, and noting the tickets were never used, they asked what phone number we used as they said they don't have a number to call. I started worrying we've just been scammed. Multiple emails were sent, and it was very clear from the first response that they had no intention of investigating the issue or even solving the problem. I would avoid dealing with Acropolis Tickets and just buy at the entry gate. They have no association with the Acropolis and over charge by 50% (which we found out when we got there unfortunately). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this seller

Avoid this seller. I just paid 45 eur to receive 30 eur ticket. I would have accepted this if it were clearly put: "ticket price = 30 eur, service fee = 15 eur". But now i feel as if contacted scamers.
