Ordered in place of glass table top

Total unprofessional and incompetent
Total unprofessional and incompetent. Order sheet of 3mm and receive 2.85. A piece of my order have to be cut from 4mm but they cut from same 2.85. When I complain, a female was very rude and lie as order was made as I request despite pictures proof. They use extreme high price for postage. A small order take 4-5 weeks !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!
They continue to lie and confuse explication. 4-5 weeks keep to cut 5 sheets and 5 days for shipping.
They are rude, very rude, ant total incompetent. Make my order a disaster. Total incompetent to cut a requested dimension.!!!!
Trust pilot ask again a review and I will give one star and `lovely review any time TrustPilot will ask !!!!

you have already ready gave us a one star review on this order last week. there is really no need for you to continue with another review on the same order. You were not lied to and the staff have remained professional at all times even with all the disgusting abuse and sexual slurs you gave them. your order did not take 4-5 weeks to delivery. Your order was delivered with in the 3-5 working days. The delivery charge is shown before placing the order. Which you must have been happy with to continue with your order

you placed your order on the 21st July, your order was completed and dispatched on the 26th July, your order was delivered on the 27th of July. your order was delivered to you on the 4th working day, so please explain how that works out to be 4-5 weeks to deliver your order?
you complain that we were very rude to you which was has not been the case at all, I would advise you to read through the emails that you have sent to us and you will clearly see by them what RUDE actually means

replacement panels for play house
Ordered some replacement panels to go in a child's play house ordered thicker panels than the original as modified the holes for the panels to go in. Panels arrived perfectly cut to size and a good firm panel. Would use again.
