I got exactly what I asked for. Very good service.

The Acrylic sheet was the perfect size & condition. I was impressed with the packing, a 'U' shaped foam protective edge to the sheet, flat corrugated sheet each side and then packed in an inner and outer box. An excellent experience, well done Acrylicsheetcuttosize!

After a mix up on my part I got my size wrong I quickly found what I had done ,

Samples arrived quickly, very useful for my purpose.

I ordered bespoke cut sheets, paid for express delivery which never arrived after almost 4 weeks. After more than a week of waiting , I followed up and was told that they will investigate and come back in 30 mins. They did not come back to me. Only after multiple chasers they replied that they see the package as delivered by their delivery service and signed which I never did. They were not able to track the package nor the driver who supposedly delivered it. They told me they have resent the package and I should have received it 2 days ago. I provided my phone nr so the driver can contact me when he gets here but never heard back. I never received any tracking information.

Poor service and bad handling of a disappointing situation so far.

I have ordered bespoke cut sheets. After one week of waiting I called and they told menI have received and signed for it but I didn’t. They told me they will investigate and will revert in 30 min. Nobody called. Only after multiple chasers I received an email. Apparently their delivery service said they delivered it but the driver was not tracable/contactable.

I was told that they delivered a new package and I should have received it 2 days ago. Again also this package never arrived. I was never provided with tracking information even though they said they have it.

I am very disappointed and find it very poor service after waiting almost 3 weeks.
