Had a split unit water cooled compressor installed. Price was very competitive compared to the two other companies who offer this service. The installation took a while and the team appeared to be very stretched in terms of getting back to us. But when they were here they did a good job. Units cool well. Some issues with noise on the upstairs unit. Just be aware that long lengths of coolant piping can lead to noisy units.

Great product, better and quieter than expected, units very neat and discreet, installation process quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Top notch installation and very friendly and a delight to deal with. workmanship is great and I'm very happy with the end result and I consider myself a repeated customer (they did the first installation and the additions)

ACS installed a water réversible À/C system in our apartment in South Kensington. They were quick to respond to our enquiry, came on site to size the unit and design the air circulation ducts and grates. They quoted us promptly and were BY FAR the most competitive from the other 2 suppliers we contacted. The installation was without any drama and the system worked well. This summer, we called because the master bedroom was not getting cooled while the rest of the apartment was as cool as expected. A technician was dispatched overnight. He detected a defect and called Mark (the boss). Mark was on location within an hour and fixed the problem in 15mns.

Five stars really doesn’t do justice to the exceptional work and service that All Comfort Solutions Ltd have given my wife and myself as part of the total refurbishment of a flat we own in Battersea, London.
The two directors of the company Mr Mark Humpheries and Mr Les Darke give a wonderfully bespoke service for all air conditioning needs. The years of experience and knowledge which they both have really shows through with the advice and operational expertise that they bring to bear when completing a job on time. The attention to detail is exceptional while they are both only to happy to explain any operational phase in detail when asked.
It is so refreshing as a Chartered Surveyor to deal with a company that takes pride in its work and which offers a first class bespoke service at fair and realistic prices.
I can only wish the company success in the future and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. I am more than happy to be contacted in the future by any prospective clients.

All Comfort Solutions Ltd was recommended to me for the installation of an AIRCON system that was challenging as there was no access to an external wall. The system that ACS suggested was an ideal solution. The installation was completed on time and within budget. An additional advantage was that offered an annual maintenance contract which is competitive. Subsequent to the installation there was an issue which came to light after the initial warranty period, Mark Humphries, managing director, dealt with it personally and had the issue rectified at no extra cost.
My personal view is that ACS Ltd is a reliable and trustworthy company to deal with and the fact the managing director in the person of Mark Humphries is available to address issues personally speaks volume. As a footnote I might add that the installation that ACS Ltd has carried at my property has been used as an exemplary evidence of excellent workmanship on more than one occasion.

Mark was hired to do air con installation in my bedroom and living room.

Both AC units are modern and elegant, it's a quality product and well appreciated in months of heat. It almost feels as a luxury since there is no external AC condenser so you don't need any license to have it!

The installation wasn't flawless but Mark was very rapid to rectify and honest to deal with. I have used the product from final install until now for months and I am very happy with it. I would recommend and will hire again for the units maintenance hopefully.

We had a unit installed in our flat earlier this year. The team was very responsive and professional. They delivered within budget and on time. They were creative and knowledgeable, looking for the best location for the units for comfort and to also minimize the make-goods required afterwards. When we had questions afterwards, they were always quick to respond and available to come and see the units if necessary. Highly recommended!

A good service for the installation of home AC system with post installation support

I have used ACS for a number of years - I have always found them reliable, reasonable and efficient.

Mark and his team installed an internal only air conditioning system in our apartment in 2017. 3 years on its running great, and his team still come by every year to service it. Couldn’t ask for a more helpful and better skilled team. Very pleased.

I first encountered ACS some six years ago in 2014 when they installed two a/c units (one in my lounge and the other in the master bedroom). The entire experience was very positive and the workmanship excellent. I also then engaged their services in a maintenance contract involving two checks per annum.

Again the experience has been entirely positive both in my contact with office administration but also in the excellent and professional service provided by their engineers.

Due to this I asked them to install a third a/c unit in my kitchen diner. Again installation went very smoothly. I am very aware how fortunate I have been in using ACS as I know others experience of other contractors has not necessarily always been entirely positive.

ACS are genuinely excellent and I am very happy to continue my relationship with them and am very happy to recommend them.

Check Companies House before you do business with this outfit. I wish I had! Botched installation and then claimed they’d gone insolvent.
