A most appalling company
A most appalling company - they sell high end products that you pay for well in advance of recieving the goods. Despite the manager agreeing in writing that certain componants were included in the price (and the money paid) later, when i inquired where the items were, the state representative provided the tax invoice stating that the goods were not on the invoice ( therefore I had to pay more to get them) when I eventually paid more; the wrong items were supplied and that was met with " there is a no refund policy"
discracefull company, discracefull customer service, appaulling organization
