Excellent customer service
I am giving 4 stars because customer support was excellent. The product itself deserves no stars! I bought 3 microwaveable egg poachers which did not do what they were supposed to do - I tried 3 times and every time egg exploded leaving my oven in a terrible mess. One egg was still uncooked, the other was hard. However, when I explained this, the company didn’t hesitate to refund me immediately.

Order arrived today took around three weeks it was for a pot of 3-1 capsules shown on there advert to clean & clear drains etc and the box was size of a large margarine pot , well it arrived and was not even a quarter of size and to top it all when you put a capsule in drain or sink nothing happens and the capsule is not even soluble !!
Big rip off and £20 plus ££s down the drain ! Pardon the pun this company need to be actioning refund asap
