Hamza by far is the most respectful and polite agent I’ve spoken to on the phone. I’m a young student in a lot of debt and he’s always been understanding and helpful towards the payment plan and has always made sure I’ve had money to live off and still make payment towards the debt I have. Other agents I’ve spoken to have always been understanding it’s scaring going into debt collectors but I’m very grateful that it’s gone to these guys who are very trusting and professional too.

Having to call debt collectors is never nice, but Mr. Hamza Farah made it so much easier. He took the time not only listening, but also explaining everything I needed to know in a way that I understood - which is the most important. Often people don’t make the effort to be nice, which I don’t judge, but it is much more pleasing to speak with someone that doesn’t sound annoyed at you.
