I enrolled in the SAP MM course at ACTE Technologies and made a payment of ₹25,000. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact the team, I have received no response or support.

Issues Faced:
Looted my hard-earned money of Rs.25K/-
Lack of communication and support
Non-operational office addresses listed on the website

Scamming in the name of Training center:

I joined their Salesforce training. This worst training center literally scammed my money by telling they have good trainers. They did not have trainer and after collecting money from me, they arranged 3 dummy people back to back as trainers and wasted my time. The so called trainers did not have any knowledge or even word of mouth exposure and said they will only teach WITHOUT logging/accessing/showing to navigate in Salesforce org. That was the biggest joke to learn salesforce without logging into the salesforce org. That's when I realized I am cheated.

I waited almost 3 weeks for correct trainer and when I started complaining to their staffs, In name of resolution, every time, new person will get introduced to us saying they will fix the issues and bring one fake trainer and kill our time. So I had told them to return my fees back, but they did not. And the staffs were very careful by not replying to me in email or WhatsApp. they only talk about the issues in calls to avoid the proofs for legal issues. Till I paid money, they spoke well, but after paying, they did not have ethics to provide a basic training.

Finally they started talking very rudely and made me loose money, time, gave stress. Perfect scamming in the name of training is what happened to me.
I believe they are having high rating because they make fresher students to stand in queue to put high rating and then give their certificates.

I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional behavior, false promises, fake salesforce trainers and rude behavior.

Staffs who were cheating me: Harini, Hemanth, Ramya, Diya, Swetha, and After I complained in their LinkedIn page, two more people spoke very very rudely and unprofessionally in the name of managers.

In short, they scammed me in the name of salesforce training. If you are ready to believe Orange as Brinjal, or wanted to wasted your time, money, peace, then join their training.

Am a freelance trainer who is supporting from past 3 to 4yrs, some how they used to pay after forcing requesting and thry paid only 4 to 6 students that's all but later from 1.5yrs they are holding my payments and they need to pay almost 40k now and inspite of requesting as am going through severe financial crisis and medical issues, they are playing around to help and that too my payments. This is fake, fraud institutes. Have added CEO in the email but nothing is happening, now I feel CEO Mr.vinayaga himself is a fake n fraud guy who is ignoring and enjoying with trainers money.

I regret ever signing up for the Couchbase course at ACTE Technologies. The entire experience was a waste of my time, energy, and money. The teaching was pathetic. The trainers barely explained concepts properly, and there were no hands-on projects, which is essential for a technical course. To add to that, their placement assistance is nothing but a scam. They tell you that clearing the PRT exam will help you get into the placement pool, but the exam is so difficult that as a fresher, there is no way you can pass it. Despite trying several times, I couldn’t clear the exam, and neither did anyone else from my batch. They don't even make any real efforts to help you, and they claim they’ll provide interviews, but that never happens. Most of the people I joined with are still jobless, and it’s been months. The entire process is just a money-making machine for them. Don’t waste your time.

ACTE Technologies has been the most disappointing experience of my professional development journey. Their SCCM course is a complete waste of time and money. The content is poorly structured and outdated, and the trainers lack the necessary expertise to teach. Their admin team is unresponsive and leaves you stranded with no answers or solutions. Certificates and placements? Forget it. Those are just bait to lure in unsuspecting students. I deeply regret enrolling in this course and would urge others to avoid this scam at all costs. There are far better and more reliable platforms out there.

I had high expectations when I enrolled in the PostgreSQL course at ACTE Technologies, but my experience was an absolute disaster. The course materials were no better than what you could find on any free online tutorial site. I feel completely misled by the marketing that promised a comprehensive, high-quality learning experience. To make matters worse, I was told that if I referred friends to the course, I would receive a referral bonus. I referred several people, and it’s been a month since then, but no one at ACTE Technologies has bothered to respond to my inquiries about the bonus. I’ve been emailing, calling, and even trying to reach out via social media, but it’s like they’ve completely disappeared. This is just another example of how this company makes false promises to get your business. They don’t care about their students and are only focused on making money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. ACTE Technologies is nothing but a money-making machine that preys on people desperate for a career in tech. I enrolled in their MERN Stack course and the experience has been nothing short of awful. They promise you job placements, but the reality is they simply take your money and leave you stranded with zero support. The course content is basic and doesn’t prepare you for real-world scenarios. Save your money and time, look for legitimate programs elsewhere.

ACTE Technologies has completely shattered my expectations. The Couchbase course I enrolled in was advertised as an in-depth training program that would lead to job placements. None of that turned out to be true. The teaching was subpar—there were no live projects, and the instructors were not engaging at all. They just go over theory that you can easily find on the internet. The worst part is their so-called placement assistance. After completing the course, you are told to clear the PRT exam before being eligible for any placement, but they don't tell you that passing the exam is next to impossible, especially as a fresher. Most of us failed the exam multiple times, and even when you do manage to pass, they make you go through technical interviews that are practically designed for you to fail. Out of all the people in my batch, not a single one got placed. It’s a complete scam, and I strongly advise against joining.

This Sanjay from ACTE collected money for the course and said courses will start in a day or two but till now they couldn’t find a trainer, no response for any calls nor messages. This training institute should close, should not cheat people.

I enrolled in 4 professional courses with ACTE (ISO27001, ISO22301, CRISC, and CGEIT), paying a total of INR 1 Lakh. Out of these:

I completed 3 courses, but only received 2 certificates.

The CGEIT course was never delivered despite repeated follow-ups over more than a year.

Customer support is unprofessional, full of empty promises, and severely lacking in accountability.

I have contacted ACTE multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. I was told by Diya in April 2024 that the training would be arranged and my certificate would be issued. It’s now March 2025, and nothing has been done.

Now they are refusing a refund by hiding behind “policy” even though their failure to provide the training is completely their fault. I would never recommend ACTE to anyone. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

ACTE Technologies is a massive disappointment. The sales team is pushy and downright rude. They never gave me a chance to ask questions before bombarding me with offers. I should’ve trusted my gut and walked away, but I ended up enrolling in their ReactJS course. What a mistake that was! The course was poorly organized, and the instructor was clearly not qualified to teach the material. The content was outdated and irrelevant, with no real-world applications, which is exactly what I needed. I had to teach myself ReactJS from scratch using free resources online, as I wasn’t learning anything in class. When I tried to get a refund, they gave me the runaround for weeks. Their customer support was unhelpful and rude, and I was made to feel like I was at fault for wanting my money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid ACTE Technologies at all costs. This place is a scam, and they don’t care about you or your education.

If you value your money, avoid ACTE Technologies. Their MEAN Stack course was poorly designed and completely ineffective. The instructors didn’t seem to understand the topics themselves, let alone teach them effectively. They guarantee placements, but it’s all lies. Not one person in our batch got a job, and we were forced to pay thousands upfront. They even manipulate students into writing positive reviews to mislead others. It’s a scam through and through.

The MariaDB for Developers course at ACTE Technologies was an absolute nightmare. The entire program felt like a money-grabbing scheme. They lure you in with promises of a bright future, but once the fees are paid, they stop caring. The training lacked depth, the materials were laughably outdated, and the instructors were unprepared. Despite completing the course, I didn’t feel confident in the skills I supposedly learned. As for job assistance, it’s nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this institution to my worst enemy.

My story : I was looking for Azure DevOps training and found this institute. I reached out and a person named Manoj shared the details. Everything seemed good; they even arranged a 10-minute call with a trainer who was working at IBM Bangalore. Once I paid the money, they assigned another person named Diya for course coordination. I enrolled in the course on March 1st, 2025, and as of now (March 21, 2025), no classes have been delivered. When I reached out to Diya, she said there was a mistake with what Manoj had shared and that they could not teach it, but they could offer something else or consider no refund. Finally, I agreed to the new syllabus, which I could have easily found on YouTube videos.

They added four trainers to the WhatsApp group, but everyone left the group without conducting any classes. One of the trainers reached out to me and said they could not teach because the institute was trying to scam them by saying they would pay only after one month of training.

This institute is scamming both the students and the trainers. They take money from the students and try to find someone on LinkedIn to convince them to conduct the training. After the training is over they never pay the trainer either by saying the student was not satisfied with the training.

I have taken all the WhatsApp screenshots with the institute and all the WhatsApp call recordings with the institute.

I wish I had read more reviews before joining ACTE Technologies for the Hyperion course. They are the definition of fraud. They charged a huge amount and provided nothing in return. The course content was outdated, the trainers were unprofessional, and the support team was non-existent. Their placement assistance is a joke, with no real opportunities provided. I feel scammed out of my money, and the entire experience was a disaster. This institution should be shut down for its unethical practices. Don’t fall for their lies!
