ordered a shred kit plus, after ordering a lot of kits from you in the past you send me a normal shred kit despite ticking that my order was checked and correct in my package invoice. have emailed both via outlook and through facebook messenger and have received no reply. Phone number doesn't work. I paid extra for the kit plus! Extremely unhappy

I brought this diet 2 weeks ago and i am pleasantly surprized it is AMAZING!!!
I am not hungry at all you are allowed 4 meals
A day and more importantly ive lost 9lbs so far in 2weeks my stomach isnt bloated and i feel content and to lose weight aswell is a bonus .
And buy the way ive done exante,cambridge ,slim and save ,diet chef all of which are not as taisty and with cb i lost alot of weight but was starving ,ss ,and ex, where a waist of money not only did they taste narsty weight loss was slow as for dcf dont waste your money very expensive and only lost 2lb in a month so i cannot thank actidiet enough they taste so good and im losing weight dont notmally write reviews but had to say something as its the best ive ever had .

for me this was the best diet I found and I can continue without giving up.i want to thank in particular the consultant for the patience and affection that has and is always with me to take my doubts. Obrigado Elizabeth Ribeiro

When i found this diet one month ago,i was not so sure if to give it a go,because i have tried so many diets and nothing worked.But thanks to the support group and to the lady who runs it Elisabete Ribeiro she was fantastic, encourage me to give it a go and did promise i wouldn't be disappointed.She was right am over the moon with the diet and have lost quite a bit thank you.Have recommended it to family and friends

Best diet I have ever tried and I am not good with diets. The meals are so adaptable. I lost 8lb in 1 week and kept it off. Highly recommended

I love this diet it's so easy to follow and you get plenty of meal choices which is great. Fits in with my daily routine. I've tried lots of different diets with not much look but actidiet is working wonders for me.

This is by far the best diet I've ever done the weight just falls of quickly and safely would 100% recommend this to anyone . I dropped 5 dress sizes in just 6 months doing this totally love the diet!!

This has to be the best diet iv ever been on its easy to follow, meals are easy to make and are very nice and the weight and inch loss is just fantastic one very happy customer :)

well as any other diet ...motivation is needed!! but when you see that you can lose 6lbs in your first week and then a total of 21lbs in a month motivation is the main thing you have !!!

Amazing diet, so easy to follow. Food is delicious and so much nicer than other similar diets on the market. loads of offers on all the time so cheaper too.

I've chosen flexi-plan and replaced 2 meals with ActiDiet meals . The vegetable soup and mushroom pasta are really delicious for me and yet healthy. I enjoy my diet and already see results!

I knew from seeing others that the diet worked but I didn't think it was affordable and I hadn't realised just how good the results are. In reality, you're not spending much more than you would be on normal food and the results are beyond amazing. I would recommend this diet to anyone who will listen! Tasty, life changing, brilliant!

In October 2013 my wife found ActiDiet. I was very sceptical and although I supported her I didn't think it would work! How wrong was I!! I had never seen her so motivated and up for something like this before. The weight was dropping off her. So I thought I would give it a go and as a 21st 7lb type II Diabetic on 10 tablets a day I needed to! I checked with my Dr and he gave me the OK. I lost 1st 3lbs in my first week! It was easy to stick to because the food was tasty and the Facebook Group really supportive. I stopped needing to take my tablets and by January this year I had lost 8" off my waist line, weighed 16st 8lbs and was feeling healthier than I had done in years! Thank you ActiDiet I can't recommend you highly enough!

I was very apprehensive about trying Actdiet as I have tried previous shake diets in the past and not really got in with them due to taste/after taste. Actidiet food rates great and the shakes feel like a cheat as they are so nice :) thanks to Actidiet I am quickly reaching my goals and my confidence has rocketed...thank you!!

Originally started on another vLCD before trying acti diet. Been on it since October last year. Had to have a break to have an operation but Lost almost 4 stone now and kept it off. My health, skin, mood, sleep ibs all better since on plan. It works well with my lifestyle the flexibility to have LCD on those days were you eat out. It's truely amazing.I feel great, and more confident. It's effective because unlike other eating plans I've tried the weight has stayed off. Thanks to the lovely Rachel smith for her support all the way. Here's to another stone xx

I'm only a couple of days into the plan, however, I'm optimistic that I will do really well on ActiDiet. All of the packs that I have tried so far have been very tasty & a much nicer texture than other meal replacement packs I have tried.
I like that we are allowed a few extras; veg for texture, dairy and soft drinks. It gives that important variety which makes success more probable.
Last but not least, it's very cost effective. Well done ActiDiet.

Acti diet is by far the very best diet out there!! It's easy to follow, the results are amazing and the support you get from your consultant ( Rachel Smith ) and all the guys and girls off the support group is amazing, you don't feel like your doing it alone!! 100% reccomend this diet!!!
