Requested two replacement parts for my office chair which is approximately 10 years old. Staff at Action Office went and investigated the chair I had from photos I supplied and then sourced the two correct replacement arms. The parts came with a lovely note and a screw driver head for the screws. I now have two new arms for my chair (no longer have tape holding the foam together) and a chair that is back to new.
Amazing experience with the team, very knowledgeable and made the job seamless. All areas of the workplace considered and the staff welfare first and foremost. Fully recommend.
