I have worked with Alan Smith of ActionCOACH for a year now and he has certainly re booted my energy, love and focus on the business, especially starting to make it work for me . He is a very enthusiastic and highly motivated person that would be able to help any type and size of business. I would recommend him and Action coach to anyone.

Really enjoyed the course hosted by James Vincent... He really was Mr Positivity and made the course fun and easy to join in with. I got a lot out of my session.

I have been working with Nell for three years; I started by attending Growth Club which I still do, and at various times I have had 121 coaching and Nell has worked on specific challenges with me & my team. I am now part of Mentor Club aimed at businesses like mine. I find the combination of these sessions really helpful to take time out to proactively plan business activities, work on my priority business growth actions and to benefit from Nell’s encouragement as well as the interaction with the rest of the group.

Nell pushes me to do more than I would do by myself, all the while being my biggest champion by encouraging and supporting me to achieve those goals. She offers me a different perspective, a sounding board, helpful techniques and useful resources, but most importantly she asks the tough questions I don’t ask myself!

What I find beneficial is being challenged and having the accountability of reporting back on my activity… nothing focusses the mind like knowing you are sharing your actions each month!

Nell has been nothing but the greatest support and I consider her coaching invaluable to my future business growth plans.

If you are looking for an enthusiastic, fired up coach, with plenty of ideas and experience, Nell is your woman. She has a fabulous personality, full of energy
but loads of common sense. Her daily business tips and weekly videos are a must for the burst of energy as well as the knowledge.
Growth club with her, is a day to look forward to as you will come away with so much for your business as well as a few blinding flashes of light as things click into place. She has the ability to make running a business fun even when doing the mundane things. She made running a business for the first time much easier for me, gave me confidence to believe I am a business owner, tips on networking and introduced me to so many people. Most potholes were avoided and those I did fall into, solved quickly and easily.

We recently caught up on one of her free sessions and even then, I picked up more tips despite not being a client any more due to a move abroad. If you are in business on your own, feeling alone and wondering should I, shouldn't I. Just do it!
You won't regret it.

Since lockdown, she has been an amazing support for so many business owners including myself. I have been following Nell on social media and I am blown away by the amount of advice she has been giving out through her daily Facebook Live videos, tips etc. I also a member of the same networking group as Nell where she has done some fabulous talks about surviving this difficult period. I have tried to take on board and implement as much as possible in my own business and am feeling less stressed and more focused because of it.

In July 2021 - I was lucky enough to actually have a gifted coaching session with Nell recently and I have to say that it was excellent and a great insight into what it is like to work with Nell on a regular basis. I finished the session with a clear list of actions and felt much more in control of the issue we discussed. Her advice helped to ground me, gave me the ability to step back and assess the situation and to eventually come up with a couple of suitable solutions. I would thoroughly recommend talking to Nell if you have a challenge in your business that you want to overcome.

I was luckily gifted a coaching session with Nell , she has been extremely helpful to me by focusing on actions that I could implement easily to delegate roles, identify customers I could work with, social media communications .
