People, do not trust this company, which is nothing but a bunch of criminals working out of both South Africa and India. They know you were scammed and there is no way to recover the cryptocurrency that you were scammed out of. These jerks, obtain your information from chat groups in which you participated venting about how much you lost. They use this information to contact you with their scamming sales pitch. Everything they will tell you is a complete lie. The verbiage that they use in their pitch contains nothing more than scare tactics. If they contact you, do whatever you want, but do not fall for their predatory lies.

I paid this company to get the money I lost to Quantumtrade. For the first 2 weeks they stayed in touch daily. I sent all the information they requested. It’s now months later and they have never contacted me. I sent multiple emails but no response. Why can’t someone shut them down for being a scam? DON’T EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!!!!!

Beware of This Scam Company

I was scammed by this company, and they know exactly what they’re doing. They are fully aware that exchanges will not respond to any letters or cooperate with you.

They lure you in with convincing promises and letters, claiming they can recover your lost crypto. However, they know from the start that this is impossible. The exchanges never replied to any of my emails, despite their assurances that cooperation was standard procedure.

They take your case knowing full well that exchanges won’t do anything, and they themselves are incapable of retrieving your money. They will blame everyone else—banks, exchanges—saying they are doing their job. But the truth is, they know it will end this way from the beginning.

They demand payment upfront, preying on people who have already been scammed or hacked. It’s a despicable scam, and I urge you to stay away.

They told us they could help us get our money back from a scam company but that didn't happen.
We paid them and after 6 mo we still did not have our money and then they asked for another payment. They don't just do the investigating but we had to send a lot of correspondence to various banks etc. with their advising.
I'm not sure that they are legit so we quit instead of losing more!!

Beware! they're scammers. The whole operation was uncovered showing how they're stealing money from people, they never recover any money and they ask for upfront payment. In other words 100% chance you will lose your money again!

I lost about $100k to scammers, action refund told me that it would be able to retrieve my money because i was still in communication with the scammers and it should be very easy to recover it, but I had to pay thousands of dollars about $10k to them before they could help me, I was pressured to pay immediately due to my lost funds only just being taken and everything was still active, so I believed them and paid , well I was told to email letters to the police and to my bank and also to the platform that was used by the scammers , yesterday which is six months later , absolutely nothing has been returned and I have been informed that my contract has expired and that’s it. I just lost thousands more by getting them to write letters which I had to send which didn’t achieve anything, I feel that action refund also scammed me .in your reply you mentioned that you do not guarantee refunds because that’s against your policy, well I suggest that you speak to your employees are remind them of your policy because that’s not the way I was told about your policies and above that I suggest that you also tell your employees not to use scare tactics to pressure potential customers to sign up and pay up before it’s too late, and Daniel who was the first person that I spoke to and he signed me up, coincidentally I tried contacting him and his email doesn’t work anymore.

I highly recommend using action refund for refunds and professional help

I am a victim of online platform scam and lost more than $600,000 last May.
I signed a contract with Action Refund because they said my case was quite fresh and the chance to get my money back was quite good.
I paid Action Refund $5000 upfront fee plus 15% of recovered funds.
In the following 10 months they wrote three letters for me. The very first one looked like a letter copied from a victim in Canada. I had to returned the letter to my case manager to revise the letter in which It stated that Chase Bank need to follow the Canadian's regulations.
All three letters were sent to the CEO of Chase Bank in New York.
Of course, Chase Bank did not reimburse me.
Three letters is all they have done so far.

Three weeks ago, they called me and wanted more cash for their continuing service. I said "NO".

This review has been published for the second day.
Action Refund wants more info, so I call this morning, July 5th, to talk to someone in customer services. No one wanted to talk to me and the lady told me Kay Tennyson will call me back later. I am waiting for someone from ActionRefund to call me, so I can give them the info they need.

This company is a total scam.
Asking money gor a investigation even blockchain com cant do or the other broker.

Calling from all kind of country voip numbers if you dont take the phone.

Coming with all clever ideas that why people are leaving bad revieuws.

And the final is. They hang up on the phone if you ask to much.

I signed up after being recommend from my friend and hope that I will have good success, 4 stars for now, will give 5 if I get my money back
