I reached Action Refund after being scammed and losing my funds. They're very helpful and professional. Getting back your funds is possible as they locate your lost funds. I am still hoping to get back my funds. So if anyone out there got scammed, contact them and you won't regret your decision.

UPDATE - For sure a scam. They called back disregarding everything I said before and assigned a new person. Still not working on the contingency they offered. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Very likely a scam and/or a bait and switch scenario. Offered high contingency to get me to front funds, accepted high contingency and then all of a sudden they can't do it anymore. They were incredibly persistent which is a sign of a scam. They shouldnt be trusted. It was minutes from offering a contingency to pulling it away. I wouldn't give them any money if I were you. I am glad i realized it quickly.

Abdul is my case manager and has been very supportive of me, not only in trying to recover my funds but in taking an interest in other areas of my life, as yet my funds have not been recovered, but this is due to my not taking certain actions. I paid $5000AU for some letters that have no bearing on anything. Police are never going to help with crypto scams - ridiculous to give people illusion that they will. I have not received any money back and i doubt i will. I am being asked for more money now, to extend my so called contract. Not happy

The agents are very helpful and kind. There is clear communication and quick reply. Very considerate and professional in their communication. Relation and task oriented. I have had a good experience so far and hope it will bring results.

Yashvi Ghurbhurrun accompanied me more than a year to locate my investments. Her several professional draft letters and her guidance to contact me with the important athorities we could address the case to the different countries/departements. Unfortunately my case is so far not finished and therefore not successful to bring back my money invested at KontoFX

BEWARE! this company is not out to help you! They will say they are helping you to get your money back but they are only after your money. I was scammed out of £1000 after they were trying to reclaim my money back. The sent my a letter from the fscs which claimed I had to verify my identity with a 10% of the funds available. At first they said I could wait until the funds were cleared and they could use the funds available to tranfer the 10% to me then back to the wallet to prove my identity. Then I couldn't get hold of them after this transaction. I then contacted Atomic Wallet which the ETH was in and was told its fake crypto. They were very convincing. I've contacted my bank and filed a fraud claim against them.

Carlo Garcia has been a kind and patient woman. We have still not reached a stage of settlement, but she has been very proactive in taking me down that route to recovery.

This company has a few standard letters by which they try to get co-operation from local bank and local authorities. This is the only service they are able to provide. This may suceed only if a bank has neglected some crucial issue. Nowadays , that is extremely unpropable because banks everywhere have learned how to act against scammers. Action Refund confesses that they have no ability to find who scammers (in my case Wilton Options) are. ”Only police can do that”, they say.

My first contact with Action Refund was positive, in that they described almost step-by-step the actions taken by the scam site MyProfitLive when inducting me to their site. They then went on to explain how they would recover my money. After that, the experience became VERY painful. They required me to invest $2,500USD, and then supplied very abusive and threatening templated letters to my Bank and the brokers I went through which I had to download and submit myself. These, understandably, elicited very defensive responses. At no time did AR take any steps against MyProfitLive. After a while, they sent further, more abusive "follow-up" letters, which I was meant to download and send in my name - so, if there was any legal comeback, it would be against me, not AR. This I refused to do, and have been plagued with endless follow-up phone calls and emails. When I asked for my money back due to none-performance, they became very evasive. I think they are definitely a SCAM site themselves. Do not trust.

Had very pleasant experience dealing with my case manager, Vinnie Ray. She put me at ease and things went off smoothly even though there was this big crisis happening in my life.
Was able to recover 66% of my funds which exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Action Refund and to Vinnie.

They wont stop ringing no matter how many times I say stop ringing.

ACTION REFUND IS A SCAM COMPANY - They rang me 4-5 times every week for 2,5 YEARS after I contacted Action Refund and said no thanks. I lost a considerably amount of money to a scam company and I contacted Action Refund. He almost got rude to me for questioning their abillity to get my money back. These guys live by giving people who lost their money a false hope to regain their money. How should they get your money back? Writing the scammers to give back your money? Treathening the criminals? Nobody - except lawyers or maybe police authorities, can get your money back. And that is a faint hope. They are calling from numbers around the world to make you answer the phone. Some times they reveal themselves by sending a brief presentation of their purpose to contact them.
If the reviews on Trustpilot are made by people who only have one review, it is probably fake. Note how many none detailed shallow reviews that are put on Trustpilot.
Realize that your money is probably lost and learn that these scammers thrive by taking your money and give you false hopes knowing that they cannot recover your money ...
