I am very satisfied with everything has been done for me so far especially by Lebo he has been with me all the way 💯 his response has been so fast to any one of my emails and questions I am totally satisfied with his work which he has done so far I have nothing but words of praise for him. It is people like him makes companies successful.

I contacted Action Refund the minute I figured out that I was scammed. I was assigned a case officer directly and I started working with Dana on the spot. She was very efficient and new exactly how to tackle the problem. The case took a while, because the company that scammed me and their delay in response. Dana kept pushing until I recovered 75% of the amount lost.

Smriti keeps me informed of progress and asks me questions along the way as required.

Scammer BE AWARE! They won’t stop calling for months, sending different people to call or email. They leave empty voicemails all the time!

They won’t even do their research on area code of the phone number and will call in wee hours (luckily my phone is on silence).

I have asked them to stop contacting me and they send another person. Like get a clue already! Leave me alone!

Even the phones they use are labelled as scam through my phone and I have blocked every single one of them even though they keep contacting me from a different phone.

Just leave me alone or I will sue you for harassment. I have connections in the country you are located and I will use them.

ETA: It's March 2023 and they still call almost every single day. They send different "Case Assessment Officer" every once in awhile. They harrass me calling sometimes 8-10 a day! I have blocked so many of their numbers and I have asked each office to leave me alone and they keep sending another person! Just STOP!!!!!!!!!! Stop leaving empty voicemails! Stop Calling! Leave me alone scammers!!!

Action Recovery was hired February 2,2022 to reclaim our money from a fraudulent Bitcoin Trading company ,Monafoli, UK. See customer reports on Monafoli. It has been 10 months an not a penny recovered. The $5000.00 paid up front has produced no results in the allotted 6 months. They still have till January 2,2023 to fully end the contract obligation to pay them 10% on funds recovered.
As of last week we have lost contact with Monafoli Financial and Clyde Burry , their representative in charge of our money in our Trust/Escrow account, they said. Money was to be transfered to my NDAX account in Calgary 3weeks ago. We can only assume Monafoli has run off with our retirement money, $82k USD. This is what Action Recovery was to secure, instead we lost another $5k in upfront retainer. This has been supported by our detective OPP with warnings about Recovery companies that prey on situations like ours. Police Report - E220323670. He also suspects we wont see our money again, but continues to work on the case.

I would like to warn you all about a certain Joseph Fabian and Startwiz! They are scammers of the worst sort! Very polite and nice but completely unreliable!!!!

Don’t trust them for a second I had to decide in a split second to pay them in advance no time to think to me that’s a big red flag also because I don’t have $3000 to pay them in advance they told me try to make a bank transfer and if we can see that you’re actually don’t have money we can ask the company to do it for free now how can you see on the receiving end if you don’t have money that’s just a way to get my Details and scare me even more
