Dreadful customer service. impossible to get through on the phone, endless muzak and menus. Always have to repeat who you are and prove its your car they are talking about. Kept my car for 8 weeks and then demanded £192 for marks on the wheels of their courtesy car. Rude people that collected the car and took 100s of photos. Clearly looking to make money and also threatened Debt Collectors within 7 days
