The product does what it says on the advertisement. I’ve been consuming it for several years now. It helps a lot with bloated stomach, very good in digestion, and yes it made my body feels lighter. I always have it daily every where I go, and I do travel a lot. I noticed the difference in my body when I forgot to consume it. I can’t have without it.

I've tried working with Activated You for over a year now. I regularly took Morning Complete which... I think I actually feel better on mornings when I don't take it. I added their "Slim + Balance" and "Lean + Active" supplements to my routine and started experiencing heart palpitations (something I've never had before). I reached out asking if I could return my unopened bottles as my doctor told me to stop taking them immediately. Customer Service basically said I'm outside the return window, too bad, and I can drop them off at a pharmacy if I want to get rid of them. So I guess I'll be throwing away $150 worth of pills. They had zero concern for my wellbeing or about the health risks posed by their products.

For me personally it was a complete waste of money.
I did complain believing I would receive a full refund but I was just outside my 90 day money back guarantee…….
I honestly thought that to see if the product worked I needed to take the complete course if you like……… how could I complain without doing that!
I’d love to say I felt a tiny amount of something different but I felt absolutely nothing whatsoever!!

I used to love this product, started drinking early this year. Unfortunately this time around I got a product that was manufactured in Dec 2024, almost one year ago. I’m waiting for them to reply on the expiration date / shelf life but I checked my first batch which I got in early 2025 and the manufacturing date was Nov 2024, much better than this time. So what the other users are saying is right, they seem to have too much inventory and are still selling old product. Very unfortunate.
Update: I emailed them about it and they reached out to me very quickly and immediately sent me three new replacement bottles. It has just arrived and unfortunately the manufacturing date is only one week later than the original one they sent me, which is also December 2024. Very disappointing as I thought they would’ve done the right thing and sent me something manufactured more recently. It said they decided to offload three more old bottles onto me.

I placed an order in September, still not got it!
I placed an order in September, it never arrived. I chased customer services and got no response for over a month. In October, they finally got back to me and just reissued to order - no discussion about how I wished to move forward, they just made a decision to resend the product. They sent the whole order in one box so when it arrived, I was asked to pay Customs duty.
I have rejected the order and asked for a refund but once again, no response!

False Advertisement!

I ordered the “Morning Complete-Citrus Medley” flavor and did a subscription starting on August, the taste of the product was okay, it’s hard to mix it and I’ve been using a electric wand mixer to really mixed it as it would clamped up. I’ve included this as part of my morning routine everyday till almost the end of October BUT I STOPPED since I’ve been bloated taking it! I also started breaking out with pimples on my face, hair falls are so bad too! It was so bad that it was stressing me out, and the worst part is the gained weight! I’ve gained like 20lbs when I’ve been watching my weight since April this year and been on a NO CARB DIET!
I’ve reached out to their customer service for a refund as they been advertising it on the bottom of their page “ If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, you’re covered by our 100% money-back guarantee (does not cover shipping and handling) for 90 days. For refunds, contact our customer support team at 800-720-8403 and we’ll refund your purchase, no questions, no hassle.” This is a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, there’s a HASSLE! so if your here and just wanted to try it? PLEASE KEEP YOUR JARS just in case you need to return for a refund! And yes! They didn’t include that on their advertisement(that’s on the bottom of their website), and they do ask a lot of questions too just to avoid the refund! I haven’t saved my empty Jars as I trusted them (I didnt know I have to save empty jars!) and that’s my fault! It’s my fault too falling for their “HIDDEN” refund policy and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I regret trying their product! Because all I gained was hair falls! Gained weight! And acne breakouts!

Terrible product - WORSE customer service
These products didn’t work very well for me. I actually suffered with worse gut issues after taking this supplement. To make matters worse I tried to cancel the subscription they automatically set me up with only to go around in circles on their website. I tried to reach customer service a few times with no response and now they have charged my account again. I live outside of the states so trying to call them on their customer service line is near impossible. I’m still waiting for a response from their team but continue to receive like 100 marketing emails a week!

I ordered direct to uk,product came within 10 days which was great, this product is amazing, suffered with constipation all my life and IBS, since menopause the IBS has worsened, I’ve been using this for around 25 days, the constipation was gone within 2 days, and I have had 1 flare up of IBS, with far less pain then before, this was normally a daily occurrence for me, cannot rate this product highly enough,I’ve tried many products over the years, hope they never stop making it or sell in shops so price rises.

I ordered a 6-month supply at the start of July, and now it's the end of August, I received nothing.
When I reached out to customer service, first they got my order wrong, clearly didn’t bother to look into the record. When I pointed it out, I was told it’s the customer’s responsibility to trace the package once it’s in my country. Is this a joke? It’s your responsibility to deliver my package, not me.
When I challenged the above, I was told “hi, you know what the tracker says: it’s at a pick-up point,” with no additional info other than a pick-up point in the United Kingdom. Like, come on, does your customer service team even read or have the attention to understand that’s not enough info? I certainly did not order for pick-up.
The tracking website is so dodgy, it’s almost impossible to figure out where your order actually is. The information provided is constantly incorrect and confusing, giving vague locations like “pick-up point” with no further details. On top of that, since signing up, I’ve been bombarded with at least five marketing emails a day, each with huge discount codes that almost scream scam. The combination of misleading tracking and aggressive marketing makes the whole experience feel sketchy and untrustworthy. I would avoid this company at all costs.
I used to work in customer service, now in marketing, and the above is not how you operate a business.
It’s giving lazy, incompetent, and unbothered. I will not be buying anything from this place again.

This company has THE WORST customer service. Some of their products probably worked, but not being able to get support especially when I live in Asia is an absolute letdown. When I say worst, I am not kidding I have so many subscriptions coming from the US, everyone response promptly while ActivatedYou does not - NO RESPONSE. If their website allows me to amend my subscriptions freely like what the FAQ indicated, I do not need to contact the customer service. But no matter how many times I've attempted, miraculously NO RESPONSE. A week ago, I received a feedback form from them (not the first time), I attempted to fill it out becos from experience, I knew my feedback would not be taken into consideration. Surprisingly, a Detricia responded and denied claims that my emails were not responded. For once, such a response from a customer service. And without my instructions, she canceled my subscription. I was absolutely dumbfounded!! I asked her why she did that when I did not give such an instruction, she does not respond to me again. Maybe this is how the Founder runs her business. There are other good supplements out there, I dont need one to spoil my mood. BTW the morning complete would give you very bad bloating and gas. I took this on a monthly basis from last July, did nothing to me except bad bloating. Essential skin food is not bad but I really dont see significant changes to my skin after 9 months. After trying out their products for almost a year, I would say its nothing like what she claims. There are similar or better products out there for sure!
