Had a really amaaazing experience working with Activate Talent. The team is highly professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent, and they do a great job of matching candidates with the right opportunities.
They headhunted me on LinkedIn. Had a quick conversation with the recruiter, sent my resume, and then went straight into an interview the next week. It lasted about thirty minutes (we went over because the interviewer was genuinely interested). Second interview came the next day or so, and they made an offer. The whole thing was straightforward and they were respectful of my time. They knew what they wanted and made it clear, either I was it or I wasn't. That clarity actually made me feel relaxed and able to be honest. It was also very nice that I needed them to accomodate me by scheduling the first interview a week after they'd originally proposed it, at no point I felt they would be petty and reject me for asking for acommodations.
