Active pro Call + III

In the first two months this watch lost the crown without me knowing. I had it assessed where I bought it only to be told the crown is not covered under the warranty, and they cannot put another one in, nor can I buy a new crown or get a refund or replacement on the watch. Until I made a fuss this was not rectified by the company that I bought it from. Don't put a crown on it if you can't cover it under the warranty or replace my watch.

Don't waste your money

I recently purchased a "smart" watch from active pro and I wouldn’t trust this product at all. It doesn’t even keep the time properly, let alone measure your heart rate accurately. It constantly shows a heart rate of 75 bpm, which is not reliable and could be dangerous if you rely on it for health monitoring.
Most of the other features don’t work either, including:

Make and receive calls
Charging reminder
GPS (latitude and longitude)
Weather info
Call records
Built-in storage for up to 1,000 contacts
Message notifications
Exercise record (step tracker & calories burned)
Heart rate monitor
Blood pressure
Blood oxygen
Body temperature
Sleep data
Find phone
Sports mode
SOS with pre-set emergency contacts
Intelligent voice control
On top of all that, the screen is glitchy and jumpy, making it hard to even use properly. And the cheap design falls apart quickly, and the app’s translations from Chinese to English are awful. The grammar and spelling are completely off, making it even more frustrating to use.

Please dont waste your money on this scam like I did.
