At short notice the company sourced a bathroom sink and associated fittings for me and carried out the relevant plumbing work in their usual highly efficient and effective manner with the minimum of disruption. John came to service my boiler (installed by AP&H last year) and just after I had shown him where the boiler was situated upstairs I collapsed at the top of the stairs and called to John for help. He assisted me down the stairs to the living room and got me a drink. Having satisfied himself that I was suitable recovered he then proceeded to service my boiler. Subsequent to Johns departure Emma phoned on two separate occasions to check up on me. THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!! THANK YOU John & Emma.

John from Active Plumbing came over to carry out our annual boiler service. He was very professional, courteous and tidy. We then had a follow up appointment with Tommy after discovering a cracked sink pipe and he fixed it with ease. Again, very professional and so efficient. We are so happy with Active Plumbing & Heating. We will book in again.

Tom provided us with detailed knowledge of our heating requirements, answered all our questions in layman terms and provided us with excellent backup. We now have a boiler which is not only more efficient, but far more cost effective and far better for the environment.

Had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed by John and Tommy who are such professional and friendly lads. They worked nonstop throughout 2 very long days. Kept me informed of what was happening and why by using videos and photographs. A leak was spotted that I wasn’t aware of which has saved us a very unpleasant accident in the future. They tidied up well and we had some tuition on how to use the new system before they left. I received a message from John the next day to check all was ok. It was a fantastic service from Emma organising the installation to John and Tommy completing the job. I will certainly be recommending Active Plumbing and Heating to my friends and family. Thank you for doing such a great job!
