I have been with this company for years and have finally had it. They are terrible. Zero customer support. I'm moving to another company and can't even get them to do the switch over. Now, I have no company email and can't get a response.
Been with them for years but now they are awful. No technical help. Can't even get a response regarding my invoice. Lock out of my account and can't get an email to reset the password. Avoid!
What a poor customer service!
I tried to seek advice for webmail, all they could do is send me the same material as I've already read. I kept saying "Can you please test and check this..." No reply, I think it's all lost in translation as they are not UK based. I was wanting the IMAP settings and some checks done. No reply to my questions only "Have you reset the password" Yes twice.... Then nothing. No reply so I had to hang up.
Incomprehensible that this company scores so well. In recent years, the service has deteriorated rapidly. Poor English speaking and therefore incomprehensible helpdesk employees, e-mails that previously arrived but suddenly no longer arrive, neither to me nor to those to whom I send them. A control panel that is quite complicated, certainly for a non-ICT person. I am done with it and am going to cancel my subscription and leave for a hosting company where the helpdesk employees can help me in my own language or at least speak understandable English. I should have done it much sooner.
This company is OK for my clients I would say, but not for me, because I am always expecting much-much more :) In the past I didn't like some options not to be available, on the other hand when I manage my client's websites nowadays, I see they did a good progress. Sites are fast, administration OK, supports is working well. If you will go with them, you can't go wrong.
