Charging with out confirmation

i found their site through social media. and the advertisement is totally different. On Facebook their advertisement is related on shoes which if you signed in or joined you can purchase a 9 riyal shoes, how ever when it go through its totally different. where you will be routed on their web page which is mypenparty.com. now on this page you will need to subscribe to make story short. after subscribing on my bank account there is a charge for their membership and it cost me 210 SAR. though I don't have any intention to use their membership. so they will automatically deduct an amount on your bank for the membership. Now so i send email to them reporting this incident and it takes too much time and hassle on my part. until now its not refunded on my account how ever they mentioned it will be compensate. So i highly suggest not to go through if you will be on their pages mypenparty.com. if you don't want to experience paying for something that you are not in need. It comes as well to cancel my bank account to avoid any charges on this site. Imagine I start to repot this charging last June 21, 2025 until now nothings happen, so please kindly avoid this mypenparty.com site for your own goods

It is a scam

It is a scam. Stay away from them. They steal your details and try to take money from your credit cards.
ADDED INFORMATION: I entered my credit card details, expecting a small one-off charge for delivery. Instead, without any clear warning or my explicit consent, I was enrolled into a recurring membership scheme. Charges started appearing on my card, even after I attempted to cancel. The cancellation process was deliberately obstructive, and responses from the site were vague or non-existent.
To make matters worse, I realized this was all part of a broader scheme. The site’s glowing reviews on Trustpilot? Entirely fabricated, in my opinion. I tried leaving an honest account of my experience there, yet trust pilot questions my integrity. It’s infuriating—Trustpilot is supposed to help consumers make informed choices, yet their platform appears unable to flag what feels like coordinated review manipulation.
This isn’t just misleading marketing—it’s fraud. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to the relevant cybercrime and data protection authorities, citing unauthorized charges and deceptive practices. No legitimate business should be allowed to operate like this. And platforms like Trustpilot need to wake up: this website has no place here.
