Scammers. Took money, but did not do any work neither with crypto exchanges nor with law enforcement agency. Police officer just refused to talk to them.

We have tried to create a collaboration with your police department, like we do with all our clients, as collaboration increases the chances of recovery / compensation. We explained that lawyers are needed in some cases, in order for the police to do their job. This is sadly the case in some instances where the police refuse to do their job. Your Crypto-Tracing reports are still valid and can be given to the police, and we are more than happy to reply if they reach out to request more information. We are private investigators, not law enforcement, so we can provide all the needed evidence and advice, but it will, in most cases, require law enforcement to do their job, or a lawyer to demand that law enforcement do their job.
