Active Era Reviews

I bought this airbed in June 2024 for use at Xmas only..3 nights use during Xmas 2024..deflated significantly each night. I read the info about the material needing to stretch so gave it the benefit of the doubt.
Used it once more over three nights this Xmas 2025...significantly deflated, woke up my son.
Inflated it last night overnight without anyone sleeping on it, significantly deflated today.
I bought this airbed because I had slept on my friend's one which was so good. I presume this is a faulty batch.
I am really not happy about not receiving a replacement mattress as my one has barely been out of the bag and has consistently deflated.Quite honestly after the first disappointing Xmas use in 2024 I forgot about it until I had to use it again at Xmas 2025. I am upset by this so feel compelled to write a negative review.

Great quick services!

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent top quality products and customer service is fantastic.

Firstly, my experience wasn't great. 3 days after the initial inflation of the the bed, the bed decided to leak quite badly around the on/off knob. I contacted Active Era who requested the Invoice & batch numbers which I sent. They then requested a photo of the leak?? They then told me it would take at least 3 days for their technical dept to investigate. In all fairness I received an email off them saying a new bed was being despatched which duly turned up. No problems since.

Absolutely brilliant. So comfortable and strong.

A family recently stayed with us, and used the king-size inflatable bed. It suited their needs perfectly, and they enjoyed a restful night's sleep. Although it's only been a week since we've started using it, so I can't yet speak to its long-term durability and comfort.

Fantastic inflatable bed, and undoubtedly the best one I’ve ever had. The bed is designed with reinforced areas, that actually keep the overall structure of the bed stable, and in turn your body weight is stabilised, meaning no roll off points. Inflation and deflation is as quick as two minutes because of the inbuilt pump. Also it’s high off the ground meaning easy exit. Great buy.

package come on time and my guest has slept on it for 5 nights without having to reinflate

King size comfort plus Airbed I ordered was not of promised quality.
After one or two uses the centre part of the bed bend towards inside and it is in a concave shape. Im feeling uncomfortable and will not he using it or recommend to anyone.

Good quality of product, easy to select, buy and quick delivery. Perfect solution for hosting people and good quality of sleep. Strongly suggested.

High quality product, and with aesthetic design. Works excellently. Strong buy

You've reduced the price by £15 after I bought it without giving me the discount?

Great customer service & warranty honour on my air mattress that had a defective seam .

We have had one family group over using this king sized inflatable mattress.
It was completely acceptable and they had a good night sleep.
This is only after one week and I cannot comment on. It’s durability and it’s comfort after this timeframe.

I'm really impressed with this air filled mattress.lt is Durable, Comfortable and Reliable. It is easy to inflate with the built-in pump which was ready in few minutes. Overall it is great quality mattress for the price.

We bought an AE airbed 3 years ago and it has served us very well. We recently had a puncture but Juliet was super helpful and has sent a repair kit swiftly. Great service and a very good product! Thank you.

After just over a year my airbed developed a slow leak which could not be pinpointed via troubleshooting steps. A replacement was promptly ordered for delivery which is much appreciated.

I love my new Active Era airbed. It really is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I would definitely recommend this product.
The customer service has been fantastic - you are kept fully informed from the moment you place the order to the point of delivery. The after care is also amazing. It is very easy to contact customer services and the representatives take full ownership until the issue is resolved. In my case, Angelica provided an exemplary service. I have been really impressed with the commitment shown and will definitely buy from Active Era again in the future! Thank you!

The customer support throughout was superb. Unfortunately my item was lost in transit, but the help I received to resolve the matter was great, I will definitely order from them again.

Very resistant easy to use and comfortable
