Apple Power
I’m not usually a huge fan of gels but when I tried the new apple flavour I was really surprised. The flavour was really gentle and went down well. It is still sweet but it works with the apple flavour.
These gels are not too thick so easy to swallow.
All of Active Root products are gentle on the stomach and these are no exception. Easy to open to which is great when you’ve been out for a while. It’s a thumbs up from me on these 👍🏻😁

Energy drink is now my ‘go to’ hydration / energy drink.
Citrus caffeinated gel are the best on the market.

Tasty and helps during cycle runs!
Introduced to Active Root couple of years ago at Linlithgow 10k. Now use it regularly on my bike runs. Still prefer the original ginger recipe best but I am sure other flavours will be enjoyed by many! Certainly help me around the routes! Cheers AR!
