I've been using active root for a few years, I find it excellent for my training routine but the electrolytes also help with my IBS. I love that it's all natural and very tasty! Tried the mixed berry this time, very nice 👍🏻

Speedy delivery and great product
Speedy delivery and great product, does exactly what I wanted it to do. I bought the sports drink mix and it gave great fuel for climbing Ben Nevis amongst other activities. Great energy, lovely taste. I would highly recommend!

Great option to fuel your runs
I have been trying to find a good fuelling strategy for a while and decided to give Active Root sports drink a go. I tried it first on a shorter run and as it gave me no stomach issues continued using it for my long runs. Big plus that it keeps me both fuelled and hydrated so managed to avoid hitting a wall during my training. The taste is not overly sweet, however I only tried the original one. Would definitely look at other active root products

after running with Tailwind after fancying a change of brand in ultra races lately I have felt very tired and not so great in a few of them. I switched back to Active Root Sports Mix for the Centurion Hundred Hills 50k and felt full of energy throughout and no upset bloated stomach so thank you
