Likely to be unable to check balance due to website blocking IP address unable to differentiate between robot and human
Was unable to check card balance for days as the website claimed that my IP was the same as the robot (and would not even load the robot verification), tried home wifi and mobile internet outside and was still blocked.
When I called up to get the transaction history I then found that my card has an unauthorized transaction which I am in the process of disputing.
