I ordered my sons Christmas present he wanted those magnets. I order the first week of December in hope I would get it in time... Till this day I still haven’t received my order. They gave a tracking number but the tracking number doesn’t work. I have emailed the company numerous times requesting a refund. They just give me the run around and have stopped responding to my emails. This is really a scam!!!!! Worst experience ever with online shopping. Stay away from this company!

Zero stars. Total scam. Ordered 12-4-17. No responses to numerous emails. When they finally responded the tracking number they sent was bogus. Reported it to my credit card company as I never received the product

Giving this company one star is being extremely generous! Absolute bunch of thieves!

Ordered a 'Batmobile RC' car in early December and after a few prompted emails from myself, I received the 'item' just days before the 25th.

Now the word item is in quote marks because that is initially what I thought I'd ordered, when in fact, what arrived was a crumpled, poor excuse for a remote control car - and a $70 dollar one at that!

If I'd have known the quality of the product would be as bad as it turned out, I'd have had a go at making one of them myself with tape and some left over milk bottles..It would have looked better than whatever awful excuse of gift arrived at my door.

Christmas came and went and after a few emails to 'activitylove' who judging by the company name, sounds like it's run by a lazy, scamming toe rag that is obviously getting little 'activity' and even less love, still have not resolved my issue.

I even went as far as to see whether the return address of 3104 Doctors Drive, Los Angeles was a real address. Yet again, to my absolute shock....not really, I found out that the address does not exist. Unless somebody can clarify that Doctors Drive, Los Angeles is a real place?

Overall, I've never experienced such shoddy, uncaring and woeful customer service. The company should be utterly ashamed for how they treat customers and rip them off the way they do.

Emails from 'Sarah J. Moreno' and 'William Dixon', be very surprised of they were in fact real people.

I wish I could give minus stars for their abysmal service!

6 weeks later no product. Received an email with order # and after several follow up emails I got a tracking# that isn't even valid. Inquiries and follow up emails to company have gone unreturned. DO NOT order from this company

Payed for 2 Batmobile, the ad said “buy 2 get 1 extra for free. After 7 weeks I got 2 cars( not the one in the ad ) some other crap. Paid $139, WARNING ⚠️ I know I’ll never get my money back, SCAM!

Horrible company. Purchase an advertised Christmas gift the beginning of November 2017 and I still have not received the item. E-mails to the company have not been returned. This company is a scam and we fell for it.

I have been waiting for 8 weeks for my grandsons Christmas present. They have the same canned response every time (when they bother to get back to me), "review our shipping policy", which for the record states 6 weeks. Promises the product shipped, tracking numbers that lead nowhere, they are horrible to deal with. I will never order from them again and would urge no one else to either

I have ordered the picachu piggy bank. This was to be a Christmas gift for my son.

The item was ordered 11-24-17. So please tell me why I get an email on the 5th that it has been shipped, but according to the information from the link I got from you that it was NOT SHIPPED till the 14th. Then the item didn't leave for the states till the 22nd almost a month after I ordered it. It is STILL NOT HERE.

I am now finding out that they have done this to others. Ships to us from over seas but returns go to California from what I can find out. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They no longer responding to emails. Not even to comments on there Facebook page.

I ordered Pikapool paid 39.95 plus insurance shipping on 12/2/17 because the website said available for Christmas. My son has autism and I know he would enjoy it. I sent multiple emails and got automated responses. I even requested the information on the shipping company and conveniently the servers are overloaded. I figured since he's incompetent I'll look for myself. So, if I don't get the tracking information or my item by Tuesday, 12/26/17 I will file a formal complaint with the attorney General, better business and consumer protection along with filling with the local police department and the FBI. I strongly encourage all to do the same.

If there were a no star rating that would be appropriate! This company is horrible been thirty days since i ordered the item and nothing.

Ordered a 'Batman Batmobile Christmas Gift' on November 30th for about $70. The shipping info they send shows that it sat in a warehouse for more than a week, then that it's ready for export. I was able to get an initial response from the company pointing me to same shipping info I already had. I've since questioned them on it and they are not responding. I would not order anything else from these guys.

This company is a scam. I have demanded a refund on my order because it has never arrived. They will respond to my emails, but tell me the same bull each time. Never order from this company.

Placed order 21st Nov for Christmas present, have sent 2 follow up emails with still no reply. It appears they are a sham and are happy to take money and deliver nothing

Still waiting for shipment 2 weeks after they debited my account. Have not responded to my emails asking expected ship date. I know they do not practice speedy shipment, but it is not good customer service to not have some contact or response to customers. Sure hope I get my order before Christmas, or that I get a response from the email.
